So my theory of anime gingerness:

Pink is Strawberry-Blonde. Counts as a ginger.

Red and Blue mix. This is how you get purple. Pretty sure that means blue-melanin has to have smaller molecules. *or* the blue is caused by the hair being structured different. Purple is ginger.

There is a specific gene that allows for ginger hair, without the skin. This is because in many anime worlds, the gingers moved to the desert thousands of years ago.

Spring the Cemetery, part 2

Today I found my cemetery covered in the first of its many carpets of flowers that it will be adorned with throughout the growing season. From far away the Bluettes look distinctly white in hue but with my macro camera lens, I can capture their pretty bluish color better. I love all of these tiny moments - they are so ephemeral. This is why I go outside every day - this is why I walk the same winding path through town. It is only through the familiarity that I have with these steps that I truly come to understand the tiny differences.
