have you done anything today that was just for you? nothing useful, nothing for anyone else. just something that felt good
This seafood dish is more than just a meal; it's an experience in the kitchen. When you mix juicy salmon, plump prawns, and tender scallops with garlic, lemon, and a hint of spice, you get a symphony of flavors that will make you want more. It's perfect for special events or any day you want to step up your dinner game.
Ingredients: 500g fresh salmon fillets, skin removed. 300g large tiger prawns, peeled and deveined. 300g scallops, patted dry. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 1 lemon, zest and juice. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 400F 200C. Make the salmon into small pieces that you can easily eat. Put salmon, prawns, and scallops in a large bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Together, toss the seafood. Spread out the seafood mixture in a baking dish after moving it there. Place the seafood in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and has a golden color. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
