Making sure I'm careful on all points, but not panicking about the possibility of becoming infected and bringing it home to her severely compromised system. Her rehabilitation is two years in, and still progressing day by day. Being the one who shops and prepares food for the family, I had to think of all the ways I could try to keep them #safe and #healthy 🥦🍠🍳🥑🥒🥕🍅🥔🍯🍵 I stocked up on fresh produce, meats, and grains. I stayed out of the center aisles when grocery shopping, EXCEPT for paper goods and juice. I look forward to being able to prepare fresh juices for the family this summer.
