🎄 This may be a little (read: a lot) cliche, but could you do a blurb on where you don’t think Tom is going to make it home for Christmas but he surprises you by knocking on the door? Thank you lovely!!!
Request 2: Tom with “I won’t make it home for Christmas” for your sleepover. I love some angst, tho maybe a fluffy ending?
A/n: The first day of blurbmas! This one is coming early because I couldn’t schedule it. These requests have been sitting in my inbox for a year so again I’m really sorry it’s late. I also got a little carried away with this and I was in the mood for dad!Tom so...

Warnings: Some mild angst but other than that cuteness overload
12 days of Blurbmas!
Christmas was your favourite time of the year and had been since you were little. It just felt so magical, like anything could happen.
When you were younger you used to wish for things like a new bike or that new CD of the artist you really liked but you had never felt like you wanted anything more than your wish this year. It was something you knew Santa could never bring you and this close to Christmas you would think it near impossible but still you hoped. That was until you got a phone call a few days before Christmas.
You were just wrapping some last minute presents when your phone rang. You smiled at the picture that flashed onto your phone and answered the call.
“Hi darling.” Even just the sound of his voice as tired as it was could lift your spirits and make you smile.
“Hi Tommy. How’s filming going?”
Your fiancé had been gone for 2 months now filming his next movie and whilst you missed him like crazy there was no doubt how proud of him you were. Tom hated being away for so long especially since Emma had been born but you reassured him you were both fine and sent updates about your little girl everyday.
“It’s going great.” Tom’s voice sounded strained, feeding more into your doubt that something was wrong.
“Baby what’s wrong?”
He sighed through the phone and you could tell he was running his hand through his messy curls and probably tapping his foot. You waited patiently for his answer but your worry grew more by the second.
“I-I don’t think I’m gonna make it home in time for Christmas. I’m so sorry my love.”
Your whole heart sank to the pits of your stomach, tears threatening to spill from your eyes as you looked at the present you had just wrapped for him. You took a deep breath and tried to hide all emotion from your voice as you spoke to Tom.
“Oh baby, that’s okay.”
“No it isn’t.” He knew you too well. He could pick up on the smallest change in your voice or expression, he knew that his news would make you feel disappointed and upset. “I want to be home with you and Emma but there’s no flights going in or out anytime soon.”
You bit your lip and nodded mostly to yourself. You had heard about the snowstorm in Atlanta but you’d hoped it would die down before Christmas. Wishful thinking, you thought.
“I can still facetime you on Christmas day. I know it won’t be the same but-”
“Tommy, it’s okay.” You couldn’t stop the sniffle that escaped you as you tried to hold back your tears. “We can just celebrate when you get back.”
“O-okay.” Tom was doing his best to sound okay too and you were both thankful you weren’t facetiming right now. Just as you were about to try and change the subject, a loud sound went off in the distance from the other end of the phone. “I have to go back to set, I love you darling.”
“I love you too baby.”
As soon as the call ended, you let the tears fall and took a shaky breath. Usually you could deal with Tom being home later than usual or even missing your birthday but Christmas was your favourite time of year and you’ve always spent it together.
You were just fiddling with the ring on your finger when you heard the door creak open. You quickly wiped your eyes and put the presents out of sight.
“Mummy?”
You turned to see your 3 year old daughter walking into your room in her unicorn pajamas, holding her spider-man plushie that Tom had gotten her close to her chest.
“You should be asleep, little miss.” You whispered but held your arms open anyway. Emma smiled and cuddled into your arms as you picked her up. She caught a stray tear falling down your cheek and frowned.
“Why are you crying Mummy?”
You looked at your daughter’s little pout and smiled at how much it reminded you of Tom as well as her messy brunette curls. You cuddled her close and kissed her head, choosing not to tell her until morning otherwise she’d never sleep.
“It’s nothing.”
Emma gave you a look before seeming to accept your answer and cuddled into bed with you. She looked so small on Tom’s side of the bed as she snuggled down which made you smile. She gave a small yawn as she closed her eyes, muttering the one question you wished you hadn’t asked.
“When’s daddy coming home?”
You sighed and ran your fingers through her curls, humming softly. “Not soon enough.” You let out a watery giggle and Emma smiled before quickly falling asleep next to you.
When you did eventually tell Emma that Tom wouldn’t be home in time for Christmas, her little eyes filled up with tears so quickly that it broke your heart. She didn’t stop fussing and crying the entire day, kicking her legs and refusing to do much that you asked. It wasn’t until you went to bed that you let yourself really feel your emotions and cry, making one last wish that Tom would come home.
Despite the emptiness of Tom’s presence you still tried to make the most of Christmas eve. You made your famous hot chocolate, put on Emma’s favourite christmas movie and made sure to bake extra cookies so you could have some as well as Santa.
Tom facetimed you from his hotel room and it almost felt like he was really there except for his warm arms around you and kisses he would try to steal whenever he could. Emma loved talking to Tom on facetime because they would always pull funny faces at each other and talk nonsense for the most part.
Emma ended up falling asleep on your lap after the film finished and you got to spend some time with Tom. You both tried not to talk about the obvious or how much you missed each other, trying to keep it lighthearted since it was Christmas eve.
“Oh I got Emma this amazing present. Just wait until you see her-”
Tom and you both looked down and sighed.
“Sorry, I-i forgot for a minute.” You apologised, fidgeting once again with your ring which is something you did whenever you missed Tom. He noticed the behaviour and bit his lip, wanting so desperately to be there with you.
“It’s okay. I’ll try and be home as soon as I can.”
You nodded and put on a smile, both of you knowing there wasn’t a lot he could do in the middle of a snowstorm. You could see it still flurrying past his window.
After the phone call ended with your usual “I love you’s” you carefully picked Emma up and put her to bed. You kissed her forehead and said goodnight, making sure she was really asleep before going down to set up for christmas. You ate the cookies, drank the milk and put the presents under the tree so that it was all ready for the morning before going to bed. You wore Tom’s hoodie and snuggled close to his pillow as you fell asleep that night.
You woke up the next morning to a loud knocking sound from downstairs. Before you could even register what day it was let alone the time there was another knock, louder this time and more persistent.
“Jeez I’m coming.”
You sighed as you looked at your alarm clock and got out of bed, yawning sleepily as you walked downstairs. The floor was too cold for your feet and you were ready to have a go at whoever was on the other side of the door for making you wake up this early.
“You do know it’s 6am on Christmas morn-” You mumbled grumpily as you opened the door, your eyes not quite catching up with your brain as you expected it to be a neighbour or the mailman.
“Hi darling.”
Your eyes shot open as you looked up, your heart thumping loudly in your chest as it started to race. There standing in your doorway as Tom. His hair was mess under his beanie which was covered in snow like the rest of him. He looked tired and cold but the smile on his face couldn’t be clearer.
Before you could decide whether it was a dream or not you wrapped your arms tightly around Tom. His arms wrapped around you and held you tight. Neither of you needed to say a word as you held each other, the snow falling down around you in a perfect flurry.
When you finally pulled away, both of you smiled at each other. You shook your head and held him close as a million questions rushed around your brain. “H-how?”
“I have my ways and I couldn’t miss Christmas with my girls.” Tom smiled and cupped your face with his gloved hands. He rubbed his thumb over your cheek before planting a sweet kiss on your lips. You smiled and kissed him back, your fingers tangling in his curls.
You wanted nothing more than for this moment to last forever but soon enough you heard little footsteps coming down the stairs followed by a loud scream.
“Daddy!”
You pulled away and giggled as Emma ran over to Tom. He picked her up into his arms and cuddled his daughter close, a few tears slipping down his cheeks.
“Hey princess.”
You smiled at the sight before Tom pulled you into the hug, kissing both of your heads. “Merry Christmas my loves.”
You stayed like that for a moment before the cold began to sink into your skin and you pulled Tom inside. He took off his cold clothes and changed into his christmas pajamas as per tradition. Meanwhile, Emma finally spotted all the presents and started jumping excitedly.
Once you were all downstairs, warm and most importantly together you told Emma she could open her gifts. Tom wrapped his arms around you and kissed your head as he watched and opened his own gifts too.
He also gave you and Emma the presents he had brought whilst filming and you smiled at him in surprise.
“You didn’t have to baby.”
“I wanted to. Open it.”
He stole a kiss and held you close as you opened the box. You gasped softly as you saw the stunning silver necklace with a small H on it.
“It’s a H for Holland.” He smiled, a small blush painting his cheeks as he put it on you.
“I love it.” You smiled wide and kissed over his face, holding him close. Emma was already fascinated with the singing Elsa doll that Tom had given her which made you both laugh.
The truth was you didn’t need all the presents under the tree because you’d gotten your Christmas wish that year and your family was all you needed.

hey guys! so, as i’ve stated, i’ve been inactive on tumble for months to help focus on me and my mental health. now that i’m doing much better, i’m getting back into writing and had a fun idea that i want to do in december!
i’ve decided to call it blurb-mad just because it’s december and i thought it was cute! also, i don’t know if this is an original idea, or if anyone has ever done this before, but if it’s not my original idea...i give credit to whoever has done it before me 🤍
for the whole month of december, i’ll be writing & posting at least one blurb/fic a day.
the length and content will probably vary depending on how invested into the concept.
i may try to keep them festive and related to the christmas season, but i’m not entirely sure yet. again, we’ll see!
how can you guys be a part of it?
send in concepts! i’d love them to be related to the winter/christmas but i’ll be happy to write anything!
send in your own blurbs and i’ll add to them/geek over them with you
share some of your favorite winter memories and i’ll write an obx blurb about it.
what are the rules?
if you’re sending in a request send me:
-a concept
-a character
-feel free to be as vague or as specific as you’d like
here are a few prompt lists you can pick from too: (you can send multiple numbers from different lists, just clarify everything that you want)
-mistletoe
-tinsel
-snowman (i know a bunch of these are crossed off, but you can request any from this list! 😁)
-sledding
it’s all pretty simple but i thought it’d be a fun thing to do to change my routine up a little bit. i hope you guys like this idea and interact with it as well!
P.S. i’m going to create a separate tag list for this so if you’d like to be added to that, let me know!
Request from @rebekkah4766: Hiii! Hope you’re well! I was wondering for the Blurbmas can I get #6 and #50 from the Festive Prompt List with Tom? Thank youuuuu!! Love you and I’m loving this Blurbmas ♥️♥️

~ prompts are in bold
Tom groaned as he made his way inside, sighing softly at the warmth of his apartment. He kicked off his shoes which were covered in snow like the rest of him and quickly took off his coat before running to the heater to warm himself up.
Usually Tom loved Christmas and winter but for some reason this year he was starting to get sick of it. First, Starbucks had run out of his favourite type of hot chocolate and then due to the ice outside he had slipped over, spilling his tea everywhere which of course the paparazzi managed to catch on camera. Tom was sure he’d be a viral sensation for that in a day or two, another meme but this time just one of embarrassment.
The final cherry on top of the cake is that just as he had been bombarded with carol singers, Tom’s foot had slipped into an icy puddle that splashed over his clothes. The cold of the water sunk into his bones as he hightailed it back home.
“Joy to the world, the saviour’s come-”
“Hum one more note of that carol and I will stab you.” Tom opened his eyes to see you looking taken aback at his comment before laughing.
“Bad day tommy?”
“Y-you could say that.” Tom shivered and sighed, wrapping his arms tightly around himself as he closed his eyes again. You pouted before wrapping a warm fluffy blanket around Tom’s shoulders as well as your arms.
Tom let out a happier sigh and cuddled into you, finally starting to feel warm as you held him. You played with his hair and ruffled the snow out of it, making both of you giggle before you pulled him over to the couch.
“I’m gonna go run you a warm bath.” You got up despite Tom’s small whine and kissed his cheek as you headed to the bathroom. He smiled, thankful to have you as he watched you go, turning on New Girl as he waited for you.
10 minutes later you called him into the bathroom and he couldn’t have gotten there quicker if he tried. Tom smiled at the few candles you had set up and at the smell of the aromas of the bath perfectly set to the right temperature. You knew him too well.
You were about to leave him to it as he started to strip before he took a hold of your wrist and pulled you close. He nuzzled your cheek with the tip of his cold nose and hummed softly.
“Stay.”
You smiled and nodded, stripping off your clothes a
As soon as Tom sunk into the warm water of the bath and was cuddled between your legs, he suddenly felt much better. You snuggled him, wrapping your arms around him and relished in the sweet moment you shared, no pretense or undertone, just pure comfort and love.
Eventually you got out of the tub much to Tom’s dismay and whines. You only giggled and stole a kiss as you both dried off before going to grab the comfiest pair of pajamas for each of you that you could find.
You and Tom both spent the remainder of the day in bed, watching cheesy christmas movies, drinking hot drinks and eating candy canes and chocolates to your heart’s content.
“Hey darling?”
You hummed contently in response as he ate another candy cane, both of your eyes focused on the screen as you watched Love Actually. You threaded your fingers through his curls and smiled at seeing how happy he was after his bad day.
“Can we open a Christmas gift?” Tom looked up at you and pouted his famous puppy dog pout. “Just a small one?”
You sighed softly as you looked into his warm brown eyes that easily made you melt. He’d been asking for days now as it neared Christmas, desperate for just one present and you hadn’t caved. Until now.
“Normally I’d say no, but I’m on my 14th candy can, so why not?” You smiled and gave a little shrug before Tom jumped up. The smile on his face was so wide and excited that Tom looked like a little kid, an adorable little kid.
“Yay!” Tom jumped up from the bed and ran to get two gifts, one for him and one for you. You kissed his cheek as he sat back down, noticing he’d gotten the smallest wrapped gifts he could find.
You looked at your small wrapped box and opened it as Tom did to his. Inside your box you found a charm bracelet which had one love shaped charm attached, it read my darling. Your heart melted as you put it on and wrapped Tom up in a big hug.
He smiled and stole a kiss, admiring the bracelet on your wrist. “It looks beautiful, just like you.” He winked, making your blush before telling him to open his.
He tore open the wrapping paper and found a custom made snow globe that housed a picture of the both of you on your first date. You bit your lip, feeling a little bit worried as you weighed his reaction. Tom looked up at you with slightly watery eyes as he pulled you in for a hug, kissing all over your face.
“I love it darling!” He smiled wide and shook the globe happily, watching the snowfall over the picture. Tom snuggled close to you and stole another kiss as you held each other close, basking in the moment of happiness you shared.
You always knew how to make Tom’s days brighter and he couldn’t wait to surprise you with the question of forever on Christmas day.

Request from @hemmings-stan: hear me out, 32 from the festive prompt list with tom being difficult and not wanting to take pictures for your Christmas cards
A/n: Day 7 of blurbmas! Christmas is so closee ahhh! I think I’m going to continue this event until new years because I’m having too much fun and I have more ideas I want to write hehe. This was so cute to write and I hope you all like it!
WC: 500 (*gasps* a short blurb)
Warnings: none :)
“Tom pleaseeee?”
You gave your best puppy dog look to your husband, making him sigh softly. Tom crossed his arms and shook his head.
It was your first Christmas as a married couple and you wanted to send Christmas cards to your friends and family. Tom’s idea had been Marvel themed but you wanted something more traditional; Mr and Mrs Claus which required Tom to wear a Santa hat.
“I’m not wearing it darling! It will mess up my curls.” He pouted, rivalling your pleading look as you each stood your own ground.
“But it won’t look right.” You argued as Tom wrapped his arms around you. He was trying to soften you up to get his way but you wouldn’t have it. You pulled away much to Tom’s dismay and giggled.
“No cuddles until you wear the hat.”
Tom rolled his eyes fondly and laughed. “You’re a meanie.”
He stuck out his tongue and went to walk away but you wouldn’t let him. You gently grabbed his wrist and kissed his cheek before ruffling his curls up.
Tom’s nostrils flared and he let out a gasp while you just giggled. “Baby! I managed to actually make them look good this morning!”
You smirked and gave him a wink as you grabbed the Santa hat. “They always look good Tommy and now you don't have to worry about messing them up.”
Tom went to say something but the words died on his tongue and he pouted instead.
“You’re wearing the Santa hat, whether you like or not.” You huffed and put it on his head with a giggle. Tom didn’t look happy but you could tell by the twinkle in his eyes that he wasn’t really mad at you. “It’s 5 minutes of your life Tommy.”
“I’m gonna look stupid.” He mumbled but fit the hat onto his head nonetheless. You cupped his cheek and kissed him, playing with the few curls that stuck out of the hat.
“I think you look cute.”
He blushed and nudged your arm, a soft smile gracing his lips. “Shut up.”
“Never.” You giggled and stole a kiss, your fingers still playing with his curls. “My cute Santa husband.”
Tom laughed as his blush got darker on his cheeks, matching the colour of his hat. You took his hand and led him upstairs so you could both change into your matching Christmas jumpers. Tom marvelled at the softness of the jumpers and stole cuddles before you headed downstairs.
You set up the couch with your festive pillows and made sure the fairy lights were hung up perfectly on the wall before setting up your camera. Tom sat down on the couch adjusting his hat with a sigh as his curls continued to stick out of it.
“You look perfect Tommy.” You kissed his cheek as you sat down with him after putting the timer on. You snuggled into his side and smiled for the photo.
“Not as perfect as you my love.” He smiled wide and stole a kiss from your lips just as the camera flashed. You blushed and giggled before taking a more relaxed one and a silly one where you both stuck out your tongues.
“Ready for the grand finale?” You asked with a smirk as you grabbed your prop. Tom’s smile got even wider as he nodded and opened his arms for you.
You cuddled into him and both held up a sign that read;
Santa isn’t the only one coming to town. Baby Holland due July 2021.
A/n: happy day 5! Sorry I missed yesterday’s blurb but I promise there’s still going to be 12 blurbs all together. I wrote this one because Sick!Peter is adorable and must be protected at all costs.
WC: 1.2k
Warnings: mentions of being sick, floofy floof
Peter loved winter. The snow, the hot chocolate, the warm blankets and extra snuggles whilst watching christmas movies. It was all perfect, like a scene from a movie. However, there was one thing he could live without; getting sick.
He hated being sick. It meant that he couldn’t go on patrol without fear of sneezing into his mask and it meant that he had to stay in bed all day, something that Peter rarely liked doing. The only benefit however of being sick was having someone take care of him.
When he was younger his aunt May used to bring him her famous soup, wrap him up with blankets and do whatever she could to make him feel better. And even now he was at college she still checked in as much as she could but still Peter missed her.
He’d thought about calling you and asking you to come over for cuddles but he was stubborn and he didn’t want to bother you. So instead, he snuggled up in his bed, put on his favourite pajamas and movie and tried to get better.
An hour in and he already hated it. He could hear sirens outside his window with flashing lights racing past and he felt the urge to get out of bed and rush toward where they were going. The moment he stood up however, he felt very dizzy and had to sit back down.
A knock sounded on his door and he lifted his head up towards it, wondering who it could be. Normally he might be able to sense who it was but with his nose blocked up and his ears ringing he couldn’t even try.
“Peter?”
He could recognise your voice from anywhere and it was the first thing to make him smile all day. Peter hummed and sat back in bed as he called you to come in, not risking getting up again.
He smiled as you entered, looking more beautiful than ever and carrying a bag of food. You pouted as you spotted him, all the colour was drained from his face and his room was messier than usual.
“Oh Petey.” You put the food down on his nightstand and sat on the edge of the bed, feeling his forehead which sure enough was burning up. “Ned told me you were sick.”
Peter cursed his best friend at the back of his mind but most of his attention was on how nice the cold of your hand felt and how he just wanted to cuddle you and never let go. Yet he was still stubborn.
“Spider-Man doesn’t get sick. It’s just a…” Peter trailed off into a loud sneeze, disproving his point. He sighed and flopped back onto his pillows. “Fine maybe I’m a bit sick.”
You bit back a giggle, his voice was full of cold and stuffy. He sounded so cute and especially with his little red nose and occasional sniffles, he made your heart melt.
“That’s why I’m here to make sure you get better.” You smiled softly and stroked his cheek which Peter leaned into instantly, savouring your touch. Before he could protest you shook your head and grabbed the soup from the bag.
“May gave me the recipe. She said it always cheers you up when you’re sick.”
Peter almost gasped as he took the warm container into his hands, he’d missed his Aunt’s soup. “T’ank you.” He smiled and started eating, humming happily as the warmth of the soup filled his body. “Mmm so good.”
You giggled and pulled out the rest of the things you had brought; cold medicine, energy drinks and some chocolate for when Peter felt better. You then got up and tidied some of his mess, grabbing some extra blankets and making both of you a hot chocolate before coming back to him.
“Move over Petey.”
He looked at you in slight surprise but smiled wide as he scooted over to make space for you. “I don’t wanna get you sick.” He mumbled, blowing his nose into a tissue.
You sighed softly and wrapped your arms around him. “I don’t care, I just want my Petey to feel better.”
Peter sniffled and smiled, snuggling into you as you started to play with his hair. You twirled his messy curls around your fingers gently and started to hum softly, his comfort show playing in the background.
You held him close and started singing quietly, you were just about to ask him if he needed anything when you started to hear soft snores. You giggled softly and kissed his head, still running your fingers through his curls as he slept.
Eventually you fell asleep too, snuggled close with your arms still wrapped around him. Peter nuzzled into your neck as he slept, whimpering at a bad dream. He started to toss and turn slightly as flashbacks of his past battles haunted him in his vulnerable state.
Suddenly, he woke up with a start. His heart and pulse were racing, his breathing laboured and his head pounding as he tried to calm down. He looked over at you, peacefully asleep next to him and sighed. He thought about waking you up and cuddling into you, that always calmed him but he couldn’t bring himself to do it as you slept.
So Peter did the next best thing he could think of and got up to grab his suit, ignoring the slight dizziness he still felt. He needed to be out there, helping people and doing something. He managed to get his suit on and his mask without making much noise.
He snuck to the window and slowly opened it, shivering at the cold winter air that blasted through. Peter started to think it was a bad idea but before he could do much more, something tickled at his nose and he sneezed loudly. He groaned and quickly took off his mask before looking over at you as you cleared your throat.
“Peter Benjamin Parker.” You glared at him and let out a sigh, shaking your head. “Get back here and cuddle right now.”
“But-” He looked back out of the window and down at the city below with a sigh. “There’s people who need my help.”
You smiled softly and got up, walking over and grabbing his hand. He squeezed yours gently and held it tight, letting out a sniffle. You delicately kissed his cheek and pulled him back towards the bed.
“I know baby but right now you need to look after yourself. How can you help others if you won’t even help yourself?”
Peter bit his lip and nodded, knowing you were right as he flopped back into his bed. You brushed back his curls and kissed his head, covering him with all the warm blankets you could find before snuggling him close.
“I love you so much Peter.”
Peter hummed happily and cuddled close to you with a smile. “I love you too princess.”
You turned on his favourite Christmas movie and leaned into kiss his lips but Peter quickly pulled away. He shook his head and pouted at you.
“You’ll get sick.”
You smiled and cupped his cheeks, nuzzling your nose against his. “I told you I don’t care Petey. We can be sick together.”
He giggled before you kissed him softly on the lips. It was only brief but it was enough to make Peter smile and feel warm inside. You continued playing with his hair as you cuddled again, smiling as Peter laughed at the movie.
You didn’t even care that you got sick 2 days later because Peter was right there to take care of you just as you had for him.
A/n: I was being so lazy today that I thought i wouldn’t get this done but I did it! This was so cute to write and exactly what i need right now haha. Also if you have an ideas for a Christmas blurb feel free to send them because I used two of my ideas in one for this blurb and I love hearing all of your ideas.

Warnings: just tooth rotting fluff :)
It was the first snow of the year which meant classes were cancelled and you had the day to yourselves. At first you had only spotted it because Peter ran up to you and jumped excitedly. You swore he was the human embodiment of a puppy.
“Y/n! It’s snowing!”
You giggled at your boyfriend's excitement and kissed his cheek. “Yes it is. The perfect time for cuddles.” You smiled and took his hand, not expecting him to pull you in the opposite direction of the couch.
“Cuddles?! No! We have to go outside and make a snowman!” Peter’s excitement was contagious but you still wanted to curl up on the sofa, in the warm. You pouted and stood still making Peter turn to you.
“What’s wrong baby?”
“I wanna cuddle.”
Peter smiled softly at your cuteness and kissed your pout which made your lips twitch into a smile. You enjoyed the warmth of each other for a moment before Peter made a compromise.
“How about we go outside and play in the snow for a while and then we can come back in and I’ll make you my famous hot chocolate with extra cuddles?”
Peter smiled as your face lifted at the suggestion and you nodded. He planted a sweet kiss on your lips before rushing to get your coats. You both made sure to wrap up extra warm since it was freezing outside before heading out.
Sure enough the cold started to nip at your skin the moment you opened your door but it was worth it to see Peter so excited. He always looked cute but as you watched him run about in the snow with his wooly hat and gloves and the scarf May had knit for him last year, he’d never been more adorable.
He pulled you to make snow angels with him and you both giggled as you made your imprints in the snow. The shapes were a bit distorted but that didn’t stop Peter from taking a cute picture of them and then another of you giggling as the snow fell around you. He sighed happily as you got more into the spirit, rushing around and gathering the things you needed to make a snowman.
Both of you giggled and smiled as you tried to build a snowman which only ended up looking like a knock off version of Olaf. This then prompted Peter to start singing Frozen and dancing around with you in the snow. Your heart felt warm and fuzzy despite the temperature of the air outside.
“I love you.” Peter kissed you sweetly and hummed, holding you close.
“I love you too.” You smiled at him and nuzzled your cold nose against his before taking his hand in yours. “Now someone promised me cuddles.”
Peter giggled and nodded, following you before claiming he left something behind and going to grab it. You brushed it off and went to open the door before feeling something cold and icy hit your back.
“What the-?” You gasped and turned around only to get hit with another cold blast of ice, a snowball. “Peter Benjamin Parker! You’re so dead!”
Peter laughed and started running away as you chased after him, already making a snowball to throw at him. He dodged it with ease and stuck out his tongue. Stupid spider powers.
“You’re cheating!”
Peter threw his hands in surrender and let you pelt him with a snowball that hit him squarely in the face. You burst out laughing and covered your mouth.
“Are you happy now?” Peter giggled, wiping the snow off of his face. You nodded and kept laughing before running away as Peter started to chase you with another snowball.
It carried on like this for a while, going back and forth between chasing the other and throwing snowballs. You managed to get some good hits in even though you felt like Peter was letting you get them. That was except for one when you caught him off guard with a wink and a kiss.
“Peter no!”
“I got you now princess.” He mocked an evil laugh and wrapped his arms around you as he caught up to you. You squealed and giggled but didn’t resist his warm embrace. He smiled and kissed all over your face, dropping the snowball in surrender.
“Cuddles now?” You pouted and ruffled his messy snow covered curls. Peter laughed and nodded, picking you up in his arms and carrying you inside the house.
After you had both changed into your comfy onesies, Peter kept to his promise and made you his famous hot chocolate using his Aunt’s recipe with extra marshmallows and whipped cream. You thanked him with a kiss to his still rosy cheek and pulled him into the living room where you’d put on one of your favourite Christmas movies and you knew Peter loved it too.
You snuggled up to Peter with his arms wrapped tightly around you as you both drank your hot chocolates, eyes watching each other more than the movie. Everything was warm and cosy, a stark contrast to the weather outside and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
So it’s nearly christmas and I did have ideas for an advent countdown but I’m too late so now welcome to the 12 days of blurbs until christmas or blurbmas! Starting today until christmas eve I will hopefully be posting a blurb a day using my own ideas or already requested blurbs in my inbox for Peter, Tom or Haz. I was going to use the song but I couldn’t think of any ideas for some of them haha. Some of the blurbs will be festive, some won’t be but they’ll all go on this list once completed.
Anyway I hope you’re as excited as me and I’m sorry for the short notice announcement haha. Each blurb will be posted at 7pm (GMT) and as always will be tagged as #Katies blurbs
