A/n: Another blurb??? Merry Christmas! I couldn't resist writing my favourite AU (dad!Tom) for Christmas.
Pairing: Dad!Tom x reader
WC: 700
Warnings: pregnancy
Your favourite part about Christmas has always been decorating the tree. Ever since you were a child and you and your family spent a whole day decorating and listening to Christmas music. It became a tradition you treasured even when you started your own family.
“Mumma! Can I put da star on da twee?”
You smiled at your 3 year old daughter as she waddled towards you, her eyes sparkling much like the tree you held in your hand. It had always been your job to put the star on the tree when you were younger but now you passed the tradition down to your daughter.
“Of course angel but after we’re finished okay?”
Ivy nodded and smiled, giggling as her dad came skidding into the room in his Christmas socks. Tom crashed gracefully into the couch and laughed as his daughter jumped on him.
“Hi darling! How’s the decorating going?” Tom asked as he picked her up and lifted her high in the air to make her giggle. He always swore her giggle was just as cute as yours.
“Good!” Ivy spoke happily, babbling about something to do with Christmas. You giggled and smiled at the picture in front of you before picking up some more ornaments for the tree.
Tom’s arms soon wrapped around your waist, his lips delicately tracing your shoulder as he admired the tree.
“It looks beautiful just like you.” He smirked and stole a kiss as you turned your face towards him.
“Flattery will get you everywhere Mr Holland.” You turned fully to face him and wrapped your arms around his neck. A large smile lit up your face as he stared at you lovingly, giving you his famous puppy dog eyes.
“But you are not getting a present early.”
Tom groaned and pouted, pulling away from you like a child. You only laughed at his response and gave him an ornament to hang on the tree. It was a special one that Ivy had made at pre-school and it had a special place at the front of the tree.
Tom’s pout turned into a proud smile as he hung up the decoration, looking back at his daughter who was dancing with Tessa to a christmas song. His heart swelled with love, making him melt inside as he thought about how lucky he was.
In a few weeks it would be Christmas and Tom would dress up as Santa once more to surprise Ivy, giving her a present as his parents and brothers came around. He knew Harry and Sam would probably take the piss out of him but he knew it was all in love and he would annoy them just as much by making fun of their matching Christmas jumpers that their Mum made them wear every year.
The sparkle in Ivy’s honey brown eyes on Christmas morning as she woke up to see presents and her cookies gone was all worth it. This year Tom was even planning to take her to one of the shelters the Brothers Trust helped with and volunteer with the family, cheering everyone up with her cuteness as she spread Christmas cheer.
“Star now?” Ivy looked up at you with the same puppy dog look that Tom gave you and you smiled, picking her up.
“Just one more decoration angel.” You picked up the final, most important ornament. Tom looked at you and furrowed his brow, having never seen this particular one before. He watched as you hung it up and smiled, hoping for Tom to get the idea.
Tom read the writing that decorated the red ornament; Baby Holland’s first Christmas. His messy eyebrow quirked upwards as he looked at you with a smile.
“But darling, it’s not Ivy’s first Christmas.” Tom shook his head, trying to read your expression as you smiled at him. Ivy reached out to play with Tom’s curls, not understanding what was going on.
“It’s not for Ivy, you donut.” You nudged your husband and smirked, biting your lip.
Suddenly it all clicked in Tom’s mind; the recent bout of ‘flu’ you had been having, the refusal of wine at dinners, the sudden craving for hot sauce. It was exactly what had happened when you had been pregnant with Ivy.
“OH MY GOD.” Tom gasped and quickly wrapped his arms around you, squeezing gently. Ivy was startled by the sudden hug but quickly joined in and smiled, not knowing that in 6 months she would have a baby brother or sister.
The only thing Ivy wanted was to put the star on the tree and as Tom finally lifted her onto his shoulders, she got her wish. The tree sparling and shining just like all of your smiles.
A/n: continuing sleepover requests. I loved this concept, I hope you like.
It was like an awkward dance as you sat down in the booth, both of you deciding which way to go before finally deciding. A nervous giggle escaped both of your lips.
You weren’t sure why you were so nervous, you had known Peter for years and had hung out with him constantly. The only difference between this morning and tonight was one word. This was a date.
It was something you had only dreamed of happening, thinking Peter would never like you back and get those exact words had tumbled from his lips only a few weeks ago as he asked you out on a date.
When you had finally both settled on a time and a location, which wasn’t easy between finals and other responsibilities especially Peter’s, it was nearly the end of the semester.
Peter stayed silent across the small table, probably thinking of what to say just like you. Spider-man was nervous and you wondered how many people got to see him this way, this vulnerable. It was endearing.
Just as you were about to talk the waitress dropped by your table and asked if you wanted any drinks. As if on cue you and Peter both spoke in sync.
“Milkshakes.”
And just like that the ice broke and a rumble of laughter broke out between the both of you. Peter’s hand soon found yours and everything seemed not so scary anymore.
A/n: Hi I felt like writing a cute drabble with Peter and this is the result. It’s awful and short and idk why I'm posting it but enjoy haha. Also I want to write more Dad!Peter and maybe even a series so i guess this is the start of that obsession.
WC: 500
Warnings: tiny bit of angst, crappy unedited writing, pregnant!reader
Patrol wasn’t always fun. Sometimes Peter won fights and sometimes he lost them. It was part of the job but being out in the city was a nice escape from the hassles of daily life. The city lights and sounds offered him a weird sense of calm since he was so used to them.
It wasn’t that Peter didn’t like his life, in fact it was the opposite. He loved his life. He had a job doing what he loved and being able to change the world through science without wearing his mask felt amazing. Peter also had an amazing wife who he loved with his whole heart and who was currently 8 months pregnant.
The only problem was the mood swings. Peter didn’t know lately if he was in trouble for eating the last of the ice cream or if you were crying because of a commercial with a puppy in it on tv (he couldn’t blame you the puppy was cute). The other day you had screamed at a sad movie you were both watching and when Peter had tried to comfort you, it didn’t end well and he spent the night on the couch.
He loved you and your unborn daughter with everything he had and he couldn’t wait to meet her, most of all so you didn’t have to endure all the pains that came with pregnancy. Peter wished he could take it all away from you and he never blamed you for mood swings or being mad at him but sometimes he needed space otherwise he was scared it would end up in a fight.
After an hour or so on patrol Peter swung back home with an order of your current favourite craving in hand and a bunch of roses in the other. He crawled carefully through the window and took off his mask, seeing you sleeping on the couch. He put the food down on the table and kissed your head before rubbing his hand over your swollen tummy.
You stirred awake and hummed, blinking your eyes open to see your husband with a bouquet of your favourite colour roses held out for you. A smile lifted on your lips and you did your best to sit up.
“Baby you didn’t have to-”
“I wanted to.” Peter stole a kiss and handed you the roses before kissing your baby bump.
“I’m really sorry Petey. I haven’t been fair to you lately.” You sighed and ran your fingers through his curls. He kissed your palm and took your hand in his, gently squeezing.
“Honey it’s okay. You’re carrying our baby, things are going to be tough but we’ll get through them.”
You nodded and sniffled, squeezing his hand back tightly. “I love you so much.”
Peter smiled and kissed you sweetly. “I love you too.”
You sighed happily and nuzzled against your husband before smelling the food closeby. Peter laughed and handed it to you, taking the roses to be put in water with a kiss to your head.
hey merry early Christmas🎄for sleepover how about a blurb about mob!tom marriage🥺🥺please and thank you xx
A/n: sorry this is so late love! I hope you like it, usually I’m not great at writing mob!tom but I kinda like this one.
WC: 685
In all his years of being a boss of one of the most notorious mobs in London, Tom could honestly say he had never been more nervous than right now. He was sitting in a lavish armchair, staring at his reflection and trying to fix every little flaw he could see because he knew the woman he was going to meet was going to look as flawless as ever.
Just as he was trying to tame a loose curl for the seventh time in 10 minutes, there was a knock on the door. Tom didn’t even have to ask who it was before he let them in, he knew it was his best man.
“Haz mate, I’m freaking out.” Tom shook his head, his breaths laboured as if he’d just finished a job that didn’t go well.
Harrison put his hand on Tom’s shoulder and squeezed gently. “Tom, you’ve taken on more dangerous people than I can count and won. You can do this.”
Tom smiled at the reassurance and nodded, trying to hype himself up as his best friend told him it was time to go. With one last deep breath, Tom stepped out of the door and walked downstairs towards the main hall, straightening his suit as much as he could on the way.
“You look great.” Harrison smiled at Tom as he straightened out his cuffs and went to open the large doors that would lead Tom right where he was meant to be. Him and Harrison exchanged one last look before entering the hall.
Tom could feel everyone’s eyes on him as he walked to his position at the front of the room, his palms sweating. And his palms never got sweaty even when he was holding a gun in his hands. He guessed it was because he was practised with violence but all of this was new for him.
Tom wiped his hands on his pants and hoped no one had noticed. He took the time to look out at the expectant crowd, his family was front row smiling proudly at him as his brothers and best friend gave him thumbs up from his side.
And then the music played and Tom felt every part of his body freeze as if he was suspended in slow motion. His heart sped up twice it’s normal rate as the doors opened revealing the one he had been waiting for. You.
Tom smiled wide as he saw you, a perfect vision in your dress of white walking down the aisle. You looked ethereal and Tom could feel the build up of water in his eyes.
He swore that nothing would beat this moment of seeing you, the love of his life, walk towards him looking as beautiful as you did with a smile that lit up the whole hall. Everyone gasped softly and whispered about how stunning you were as you passed them but your eyes never left Tom’s.
As you reached him at the end of the aisle, Tom finally felt the reality hit him that this was it. He was marrying you. Through all his hardships and the things he had fought for, none of them were worth it more than you. Your relationship had been a rollercoaster to say the least but it had led you here, right where you were both meant to be.
He took your hand and kissed it delicately, trying to savour every moment, every touch in this second.
“You look beautiful, darling.”
You blushed, glowing impossibly more beautiful than you were as you smiled at Tom brightly.
“You don’t look too bad yourself.”
You and Tom both laughed, the sound echoing around the hall and making the guests smile as they saw the genuine love between you both. Tom held your hand tighter in his and took a deep breath, admiring you one more time before his smile grew as you asked him a simple question that needed no answer.
“Wanna go get married?” You asked, your eyes coyly flickering to the waiting priest. Tom smiled and led you up to the altar.
“Let’s do it darling.”
Sometimes Tom had doubts about what he did for a living, even had regrets but never for one second did he ever regret marrying you. The sight of the ring on his finger got him through those tough jobs and the fact that you were waiting for him back home, made it even better.

🎄 This may be a little (read: a lot) cliche, but could you do a blurb on where you don’t think Tom is going to make it home for Christmas but he surprises you by knocking on the door? Thank you lovely!!!
Request 2: Tom with “I won’t make it home for Christmas” for your sleepover. I love some angst, tho maybe a fluffy ending?
A/n: The first day of blurbmas! This one is coming early because I couldn’t schedule it. These requests have been sitting in my inbox for a year so again I’m really sorry it’s late. I also got a little carried away with this and I was in the mood for dad!Tom so...
WC: 1.8k
Warnings: Some mild angst but other than that cuteness overload
12 days of Blurbmas!
Christmas was your favourite time of the year and had been since you were little. It just felt so magical, like anything could happen.
When you were younger you used to wish for things like a new bike or that new CD of the artist you really liked but you had never felt like you wanted anything more than your wish this year. It was something you knew Santa could never bring you and this close to Christmas you would think it near impossible but still you hoped. That was until you got a phone call a few days before Christmas.
You were just wrapping some last minute presents when your phone rang. You smiled at the picture that flashed onto your phone and answered the call.
“Hi darling.” Even just the sound of his voice as tired as it was could lift your spirits and make you smile.
“Hi Tommy. How’s filming going?”
Your fiancé had been gone for 2 months now filming his next movie and whilst you missed him like crazy there was no doubt how proud of him you were. Tom hated being away for so long especially since Emma had been born but you reassured him you were both fine and sent updates about your little girl everyday.
“It’s going great.” Tom’s voice sounded strained, feeding more into your doubt that something was wrong.
“Baby what’s wrong?”
He sighed through the phone and you could tell he was running his hand through his messy curls and probably tapping his foot. You waited patiently for his answer but your worry grew more by the second.
“I-I don’t think I’m gonna make it home in time for Christmas. I’m so sorry my love.”
Your whole heart sank to the pits of your stomach, tears threatening to spill from your eyes as you looked at the present you had just wrapped for him. You took a deep breath and tried to hide all emotion from your voice as you spoke to Tom.
“Oh baby, that’s okay.”
“No it isn’t.” He knew you too well. He could pick up on the smallest change in your voice or expression, he knew that his news would make you feel disappointed and upset. “I want to be home with you and Emma but there’s no flights going in or out anytime soon.”
You bit your lip and nodded mostly to yourself. You had heard about the snowstorm in Atlanta but you’d hoped it would die down before Christmas. Wishful thinking, you thought.
“I can still facetime you on Christmas day. I know it won’t be the same but-”
“Tommy, it’s okay.” You couldn’t stop the sniffle that escaped you as you tried to hold back your tears. “We can just celebrate when you get back.”
“O-okay.” Tom was doing his best to sound okay too and you were both thankful you weren’t facetiming right now. Just as you were about to try and change the subject, a loud sound went off in the distance from the other end of the phone. “I have to go back to set, I love you darling.”
“I love you too baby.”
As soon as the call ended, you let the tears fall and took a shaky breath. Usually you could deal with Tom being home later than usual or even missing your birthday but Christmas was your favourite time of year and you’ve always spent it together.
You were just fiddling with the ring on your finger when you heard the door creak open. You quickly wiped your eyes and put the presents out of sight.
“Mummy?”
You turned to see your 3 year old daughter walking into your room in her unicorn pajamas, holding her spider-man plushie that Tom had gotten her close to her chest.
“You should be asleep, little miss.” You whispered but held your arms open anyway. Emma smiled and cuddled into your arms as you picked her up. She caught a stray tear falling down your cheek and frowned.
“Why are you crying Mummy?”
You looked at your daughter’s little pout and smiled at how much it reminded you of Tom as well as her messy brunette curls. You cuddled her close and kissed her head, choosing not to tell her until morning otherwise she’d never sleep.
“It’s nothing.”
Emma gave you a look before seeming to accept your answer and cuddled into bed with you. She looked so small on Tom’s side of the bed as she snuggled down which made you smile. She gave a small yawn as she closed her eyes, muttering the one question you wished you hadn’t asked.
“When’s daddy coming home?”
You sighed and ran your fingers through her curls, humming softly. “Not soon enough.” You let out a watery giggle and Emma smiled before quickly falling asleep next to you.
When you did eventually tell Emma that Tom wouldn’t be home in time for Christmas, her little eyes filled up with tears so quickly that it broke your heart. She didn’t stop fussing and crying the entire day, kicking her legs and refusing to do much that you asked. It wasn’t until you went to bed that you let yourself really feel your emotions and cry, making one last wish that Tom would come home.
Despite the emptiness of Tom’s presence you still tried to make the most of Christmas eve. You made your famous hot chocolate, put on Emma’s favourite christmas movie and made sure to bake extra cookies so you could have some as well as Santa.
Tom facetimed you from his hotel room and it almost felt like he was really there except for his warm arms around you and kisses he would try to steal whenever he could. Emma loved talking to Tom on facetime because they would always pull funny faces at each other and talk nonsense for the most part.
Emma ended up falling asleep on your lap after the film finished and you got to spend some time with Tom. You both tried not to talk about the obvious or how much you missed each other, trying to keep it lighthearted since it was Christmas eve.
“Oh I got Emma this amazing present. Just wait until you see her-”
Tom and you both looked down and sighed.
“Sorry, I-i forgot for a minute.” You apologised, fidgeting once again with your ring which is something you did whenever you missed Tom. He noticed the behaviour and bit his lip, wanting so desperately to be there with you.
“It’s okay. I’ll try and be home as soon as I can.”
You nodded and put on a smile, both of you knowing there wasn’t a lot he could do in the middle of a snowstorm. You could see it still flurrying past his window.
After the phone call ended with your usual “I love you’s” you carefully picked Emma up and put her to bed. You kissed her forehead and said goodnight, making sure she was really asleep before going down to set up for christmas. You ate the cookies, drank the milk and put the presents under the tree so that it was all ready for the morning before going to bed. You wore Tom’s hoodie and snuggled close to his pillow as you fell asleep that night.
You woke up the next morning to a loud knocking sound from downstairs. Before you could even register what day it was let alone the time there was another knock, louder this time and more persistent.
“Jeez I’m coming.”
You sighed as you looked at your alarm clock and got out of bed, yawning sleepily as you walked downstairs. The floor was too cold for your feet and you were ready to have a go at whoever was on the other side of the door for making you wake up this early.
“You do know it’s 6am on Christmas morn-” You mumbled grumpily as you opened the door, your eyes not quite catching up with your brain as you expected it to be a neighbour or the mailman.
“Hi darling.”
Your eyes shot open as you looked up, your heart thumping loudly in your chest as it started to race. There standing in your doorway as Tom. His hair was mess under his beanie which was covered in snow like the rest of him. He looked tired and cold but the smile on his face couldn’t be clearer.
Before you could decide whether it was a dream or not you wrapped your arms tightly around Tom. His arms wrapped around you and held you tight. Neither of you needed to say a word as you held each other, the snow falling down around you in a perfect flurry.
When you finally pulled away, both of you smiled at each other. You shook your head and held him close as a million questions rushed around your brain. “H-how?”
“I have my ways and I couldn’t miss Christmas with my girls.” Tom smiled and cupped your face with his gloved hands. He rubbed his thumb over your cheek before planting a sweet kiss on your lips. You smiled and kissed him back, your fingers tangling in his curls.
You wanted nothing more than for this moment to last forever but soon enough you heard little footsteps coming down the stairs followed by a loud scream.
“Daddy!”
You pulled away and giggled as Emma ran over to Tom. He picked her up into his arms and cuddled his daughter close, a few tears slipping down his cheeks.
“Hey princess.”
You smiled at the sight before Tom pulled you into the hug, kissing both of your heads. “Merry Christmas my loves.”
You stayed like that for a moment before the cold began to sink into your skin and you pulled Tom inside. He took off his cold clothes and changed into his christmas pajamas as per tradition. Meanwhile, Emma finally spotted all the presents and started jumping excitedly.
Once you were all downstairs, warm and most importantly together you told Emma she could open her gifts. Tom wrapped his arms around you and kissed your head as he watched and opened his own gifts too.
He also gave you and Emma the presents he had brought whilst filming and you smiled at him in surprise.
“You didn’t have to baby.”
“I wanted to. Open it.”
He stole a kiss and held you close as you opened the box. You gasped softly as you saw the stunning silver necklace with a small H on it.
“It’s a H for Holland.” He smiled, a small blush painting his cheeks as he put it on you.
“I love it.” You smiled wide and kissed over his face, holding him close. Emma was already fascinated with the singing Elsa doll that Tom had given her which made you both laugh.
The truth was you didn’t need all the presents under the tree because you’d gotten your Christmas wish that year and your family was all you needed.

~ prompts are in bold
Tom groaned as he made his way inside, sighing softly at the warmth of his apartment. He kicked off his shoes which were covered in snow like the rest of him and quickly took off his coat before running to the heater to warm himself up.
Usually Tom loved Christmas and winter but for some reason this year he was starting to get sick of it. First, Starbucks had run out of his favourite type of hot chocolate and then due to the ice outside he had slipped over, spilling his tea everywhere which of course the paparazzi managed to catch on camera. Tom was sure he’d be a viral sensation for that in a day or two, another meme but this time just one of embarrassment.
The final cherry on top of the cake is that just as he had been bombarded with carol singers, Tom’s foot had slipped into an icy puddle that splashed over his clothes. The cold of the water sunk into his bones as he hightailed it back home.
“Joy to the world, the saviour’s come-”
“Hum one more note of that carol and I will stab you.” Tom opened his eyes to see you looking taken aback at his comment before laughing.
“Bad day tommy?”
“Y-you could say that.” Tom shivered and sighed, wrapping his arms tightly around himself as he closed his eyes again. You pouted before wrapping a warm fluffy blanket around Tom’s shoulders as well as your arms.
Tom let out a happier sigh and cuddled into you, finally starting to feel warm as you held him. You played with his hair and ruffled the snow out of it, making both of you giggle before you pulled him over to the couch.
“I’m gonna go run you a warm bath.” You got up despite Tom’s small whine and kissed his cheek as you headed to the bathroom. He smiled, thankful to have you as he watched you go, turning on New Girl as he waited for you.
10 minutes later you called him into the bathroom and he couldn’t have gotten there quicker if he tried. Tom smiled at the few candles you had set up and at the smell of the aromas of the bath perfectly set to the right temperature. You knew him too well.
You were about to leave him to it as he started to strip before he took a hold of your wrist and pulled you close. He nuzzled your cheek with the tip of his cold nose and hummed softly.
“Stay.”
You smiled and nodded, stripping off your clothes a
As soon as Tom sunk into the warm water of the bath and was cuddled between your legs, he suddenly felt much better. You snuggled him, wrapping your arms around him and relished in the sweet moment you shared, no pretense or undertone, just pure comfort and love.
Eventually you got out of the tub much to Tom’s dismay and whines. You only giggled and stole a kiss as you both dried off before going to grab the comfiest pair of pajamas for each of you that you could find.
You and Tom both spent the remainder of the day in bed, watching cheesy christmas movies, drinking hot drinks and eating candy canes and chocolates to your heart’s content.
“Hey darling?”
You hummed contently in response as he ate another candy cane, both of your eyes focused on the screen as you watched Love Actually. You threaded your fingers through his curls and smiled at seeing how happy he was after his bad day.
“Can we open a Christmas gift?” Tom looked up at you and pouted his famous puppy dog pout. “Just a small one?”
You sighed softly as you looked into his warm brown eyes that easily made you melt. He’d been asking for days now as it neared Christmas, desperate for just one present and you hadn’t caved. Until now.
“Normally I’d say no, but I’m on my 14th candy can, so why not?” You smiled and gave a little shrug before Tom jumped up. The smile on his face was so wide and excited that Tom looked like a little kid, an adorable little kid.
“Yay!” Tom jumped up from the bed and ran to get two gifts, one for him and one for you. You kissed his cheek as he sat back down, noticing he’d gotten the smallest wrapped gifts he could find.
You looked at your small wrapped box and opened it as Tom did to his. Inside your box you found a charm bracelet which had one love shaped charm attached, it read my darling. Your heart melted as you put it on and wrapped Tom up in a big hug.
He smiled and stole a kiss, admiring the bracelet on your wrist. “It looks beautiful, just like you.” He winked, making your blush before telling him to open his.
He tore open the wrapping paper and found a custom made snow globe that housed a picture of the both of you on your first date. You bit your lip, feeling a little bit worried as you weighed his reaction. Tom looked up at you with slightly watery eyes as he pulled you in for a hug, kissing all over your face.
“I love it darling!” He smiled wide and shook the globe happily, watching the snowfall over the picture. Tom snuggled close to you and stole another kiss as you held each other close, basking in the moment of happiness you shared.
You always knew how to make Tom’s days brighter and he couldn’t wait to surprise you with the question of forever on Christmas day.

Request from @hemmings-stan: hear me out, 32 from the festive prompt list with tom being difficult and not wanting to take pictures for your Christmas cards
A/n: Day 7 of blurbmas! Christmas is so closee ahhh! I think I’m going to continue this event until new years because I’m having too much fun and I have more ideas I want to write hehe. This was so cute to write and I hope you all like it!

Warnings: none :)
“Tom pleaseeee?”
You gave your best puppy dog look to your husband, making him sigh softly. Tom crossed his arms and shook his head.
It was your first Christmas as a married couple and you wanted to send Christmas cards to your friends and family. Tom’s idea had been Marvel themed but you wanted something more traditional; Mr and Mrs Claus which required Tom to wear a Santa hat.
“I’m not wearing it darling! It will mess up my curls.” He pouted, rivalling your pleading look as you each stood your own ground.
“But it won’t look right.” You argued as Tom wrapped his arms around you. He was trying to soften you up to get his way but you wouldn’t have it. You pulled away much to Tom’s dismay and giggled.
“No cuddles until you wear the hat.”
Tom rolled his eyes fondly and laughed. “You’re a meanie.”
He stuck out his tongue and went to walk away but you wouldn’t let him. You gently grabbed his wrist and kissed his cheek before ruffling his curls up.
Tom’s nostrils flared and he let out a gasp while you just giggled. “Baby! I managed to actually make them look good this morning!”
You smirked and gave him a wink as you grabbed the Santa hat. “They always look good Tommy and now you don't have to worry about messing them up.”
Tom went to say something but the words died on his tongue and he pouted instead.
“You’re wearing the Santa hat, whether you like or not.” You huffed and put it on his head with a giggle. Tom didn’t look happy but you could tell by the twinkle in his eyes that he wasn’t really mad at you. “It’s 5 minutes of your life Tommy.”
“I’m gonna look stupid.” He mumbled but fit the hat onto his head nonetheless. You cupped his cheek and kissed him, playing with the few curls that stuck out of the hat.
“I think you look cute.”
He blushed and nudged your arm, a soft smile gracing his lips. “Shut up.”
“Never.” You giggled and stole a kiss, your fingers still playing with his curls. “My cute Santa husband.”
Tom laughed as his blush got darker on his cheeks, matching the colour of his hat. You took his hand and led him upstairs so you could both change into your matching Christmas jumpers. Tom marvelled at the softness of the jumpers and stole cuddles before you headed downstairs.
You set up the couch with your festive pillows and made sure the fairy lights were hung up perfectly on the wall before setting up your camera. Tom sat down on the couch adjusting his hat with a sigh as his curls continued to stick out of it.
“You look perfect Tommy.” You kissed his cheek as you sat down with him after putting the timer on. You snuggled into his side and smiled for the photo.
“Not as perfect as you my love.” He smiled wide and stole a kiss from your lips just as the camera flashed. You blushed and giggled before taking a more relaxed one and a silly one where you both stuck out your tongues.
“Ready for the grand finale?” You asked with a smirk as you grabbed your prop. Tom’s smile got even wider as he nodded and opened his arms for you.
You cuddled into him and both held up a sign that read;
Santa isn’t the only one coming to town. Baby Holland due July 2021.

“Wanda?”
She could hear you running towards her, your footsteps heavy on the cobbled pavement but nothing was louder than the break of her heart as she stood in the place that could have been their future.
It broke your heart as you saw her, your best friend crumbling to the ground of an empty lot. You knew this must have been the place that Vision had brought all those years ago before they went away to Scotland. He was going to surprise her, give her what she had always wanted: a happy ending.
You approached her carefully as she let out gut-wrenching sobs, wanting nothing more than to hug her. You spoke her name softly trying to get through to her but just as you reached out your hand to comfort her a bright flash of red light blinded you and threw you backwards. The last thing you remembered seeing was the sky turning red before everything faded to black and white.
*~*~*~*~*~*
Wanda could feel things starting to slip from her grasp. Everyone seemed determined to ruin the reality she had created but she wasn’t hurting anyone. All she wanted was a normal life like the characters from the sitcoms she had watched since she was young with her family. She wanted everything to be perfect and for a small while it was but now things felt like they were falling apart.
She tried to fix them, get rid of the problem before it became a hindrance but she couldn’t shake the feeling that everything in her reality would soon come tumbling down. Wanda sometimes wished she could have her old life back, the way things used to be when she was fighting battles alongside her best friend and saving the world apart from when she was causing more chaos.
She missed you dearly besides Vision, you had become her support system. When you both woke up from the blip, you were the one to comfort her when she realised that Vision hadn’t come back with the rest of the world.
Wanda remembered you coming with her to Westview, driving the car because her hands were too shaky. Your calls of her name still rang in her ears as if trying to call her back to the real world. She had thought you were working with the assholes trying to take her down, that was until she spotted you in the audience of her and Vision’s magic show.
You looked as if you didn’t have a care in the world, you looked happy. Wanda smiled as she saw you before realising that you must have got sucked into the reality she created, an extra in her tv show. You weren’t working for SWORD, you were here because of her.
Wanda pushed through the guilt of seeing her best friend trapped her because of her and got on with the show. She tried to find you after but the audience had disappeared including you.
It wasn’t until the halloween episode of her made up sitcom that she found you again, dressed up in the outfit you’d wear to battle except it was torn up and looked to be dusty. Wanda knew that was how you had looked before the blip, after Thanos’ army had attacked Wakanda.
“Wanda? You ok?” You reached out and touched her arm, the scripted conversation between you and her boys finished. “You look lost.”
She shook her head quickly and looked at you, quickly seeing the flash of pain in your eyes. Guilt washed over her again and she took a step back away from you.
For a moment you looked hurt, your face showing intense sadness before it quickly lifted back into a cheesy smile. “Well I’ll see you around!”
“Not if we see you first!” Pietro quipped, doing finger guns and watching you leave. He leaned in and whispered to Wanda. “She was hot. I wonder if I could get her number.” He winked and Wanda looked at him with disgust, smacking his arm. He went to dash after you but she held him back. There was no way she was going to let this imposter of her brother make you his love interest.
“Stay here.”
Of course she knew none of the boys would listen to her especially with their new found powers but she left them to go after you. She had to at least do something right.
“Y/n!”
You turned around, hiding your real emotion with another fake smile. “Well hey there Wanda, are you after my candy?” You put your hands on your hips and laughed.
Wanda shook her head and took your hands in hers before putting them to your head and letting you go of her control. You blinked open your eyes which were full of fear.
“Wanda?”
“It’s me.”
You let out a breath as if you had been holding it all this time and hugged her tight. Wanda was caught by surprise but soon hugged you back just as she had after coming back from the blip. For the first time since she had started this, being hugged by her best friend was the only thing that felt real besides her love for her family.
As much as Wanda wished she could keep her best friend in this world she had created and pretend everything was fine, she knew she couldn’t.
“I’m sorry. I have to do this.”
“Do what-?”
You looked at Wanda with wide eyes as her hands started to emit red balls of light but no one on the street noticed she was using her powers. #
“Wanda wait- I can help!”
“No one can help me anymore.”
She lifted you up and gave you a sad look before sending you flying out of the Hex. You woke up looking at the dark night’s sky with tears falling down your cheeks as a team of agents begun to surround you.
