Busy days that aren’t hectic, because then the day goes by quickly without being totally stressed out. It was! I work by the beach so I went for a walk during my lunch :))

I’ve actually never had an eclair but they sound delicious! My favorite pastry would have to be fruit tarts. There’s a local bakery that’s the has the best mini tarts.
