A character who solely appears in the Donkey Kong Country animated show, Bluster Kong serves mainly as comedic relief. He and his mother own the Barrelworks Factory, which produces, as you might expect, barrels. He's rich, vain, and spoiled, and quite the coward, and his frequent attempts to impress Candy Kong usually lead to more harm than good.

Still, he does have a more caring and protective side, which was brought out when an experimental combination of hair tonics turned him into the hero "Leo Luster." Even once the effects wore off, he was still able to access this 'persona', because it's actually him deep down and the serum just brought it out. While he regularly feuds with Donkey over Candy's affections, Donkey believes in Bluster's greater potential.
