Yo, just making a smol sketch of Rei (well big rei, not bebe Rei)
Smol info: Rei is the daughter of Hakunata (aka AU Phen 228) & sue plays a major role in BoaPF as a side antag/anti-villain. She isn't evil persay.... but is mainly influenced by her father figure to the point she thinks that huanting ppl is right & not wrong. She was recently discovered in the year 2018 in [REDACTED] by a few Ephrata Branch members, mainly due to the fact a certain person who wants to be anonymous clearly has this thing... in their basement? Yes she lives inside some random ahh civilians basement & doesn't have any malicious intent with them whatsoever, she still however... Still doing that thing where her father does the thing back in 2003 of frikin Pennsylvania. (She also wears a mask that's sorta busted up but gets the work done as she too, has Cognito-Hazardous properties). She also can grab ppl through whatever screen she can interact with, but since no one rlly uses cable anymore, she instead just goes into the streams of ppl & basically just like idk... dm a link thus them getting paralyzed & that's it. (Plus she's a bit more tech savvy than her boomer war criminal dad who's a fallen angel so yeh-). Her main nickname is "Duaghter of illusions" due to her nature of just wanting to trick ppl into thinking she smtn else.
