our anniversary celebrations ~ pirate restaurant, arcade & seal boat tour

our 8 year anniversary celebrations so far, and our anniversary isn’t even until the 21st! 🥹 we went to a local pirate themed restaurant which was absolutely brilliant, they even gave us complementary raspberry rum shots for our anniversary 🥃 then we went into an arcade, I haven’t been to an arcade in about 10 years and I believe the last time that I was too anxious to play anything, but we both played almost everything! it was just pay on entry so that was nice 🕹️ then yesterday we went on a seal boat tour, it was so so wonderful being out on the water and then seeing some of my beloved seals hauled out! it was so peaceful and also exciting at the same time to do together. forever grateful for my best friend in the world to share life with ♾️💖

Ellinikon project new constructions

The addition of new residential developments to the Hellinikon property continues. The most recent move concerns the partnership between Hellenic Estates and Lamda Development, for the creation of a new luxury residential complex under the brand name Skyline Havens. Specifically, the new residences are being developed by Hellenic Estates in collaboration with Lamda Development, which has undertaken the sales and marketing of the project.

Purchase prices start from €485,000 and go up to €4.5 million, while prices per sq m. range between €6,985 and €12,500, depending on the building and typology. As Hellenic Estates announced in early November, the pre-approval of the building permit was secured, while the full permit is expected by the end of the month, when construction is expected to begin. At the same time, site cleaning and preparation works are already underway, marking significant progress towards the implementation of the project. Based on the current schedule, the delivery of the residences is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2028.

Each of these photos has eagles in them! The eagles were on gull island which is about 20 min from Homer Alaska and hosts over ten thousand nesting seabirds.

This family of eagles (2 adults and 1 juvenile) were teasing the gulls in a mischievous sort of way. LoL
