I just love the smell of fresh rosemary! It’s such an invigorating, energising smell. Thanks to a friend I now have a small pot of it growing by my back door and I’ve just done this very thing - pinched out a few new tips. I then added them to a frypan full of half cooked, sliced onions and garlic. I’ll continue to slow cook them until they caramelise then my plan is to put them on top of a vegetable pattie, add a bit of salad on the side, an egg cooked in a capsicum ring and - Bob’s your uncle...that’s our dinner!
