Hello everyone! I've been working on a piece, and today I finished it. I carried this idea with me for years — and finally, I brought it to life. I was deeply inspired by a song from Russian singer Olga Arefieva called "Night-Trap." These are the lines that inspired my work:

"The snow on my face doesn't melt, I am stolen by this night, birds and beasts are not afraid of me, grass grows through me." 🌿

It all started with a spark of an idea. Then came the long process of searching, sketching the figure, choosing the format, and picking the palette. And now, at last, I have finished this piece! 💗

★ What was your last five star read? Today is the day, folks! #AShadowintheEmber was one of my last five star reads and it’s out in the world today! Congratulations are due to @jennifer_l_armentrout on not just the publication of #ASITE, but also on ten years of publishing! 63 books is an incredible accomplishment! I loved A Shadow in the Ember, and I think it matches A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire for my favorite book in the Blood and Ash & Flesh and Fire world. And let me just say, Nyktos has officially given Casteel a run for his money. Shots fired. I love how much this story expanded upon the current world in the Blood and Ash series, while giving us brand new characters to root for. Sera is a force to be reckoned with and I love, love, loved how the journeys of her and Poppy parallel each other. The romance in this one is top notch and there are some plot twists that left me SHOOK. Don’t skip this book before The War of Two Queens! Los desconocidos

Existen tres tipos de amistades/desconocidos que se desarrollan en nuestras vidas todos los días. Yo las he clasificado de esta forma con base a mis experiencias personales, diferenciándolas por niveles de confianza así como por factores que son difíciles de describir con palabras comunes.

Existen desconocidos que habiéndoles “conocido” desde hace mucho tiempo, transformándose en un recuerdo al tan solo cruzar una mirada, palabra o sonrisa, melancólicos momentos. 

La nostalgia invade al no tener temas nuevos de conversación, pero qué agradable es ese dolor. 

Pueden ser amigos cercanos que dejaron de serlo, incluso una compañía de fiestas que se ha desvanecido con la edad, kenopsia de algún lugar.

Después están los desconocidos que son más cercanos, un compañero de laburo, de aula o un nuevo vecino. Podemos verlos más seguido.

Constantemente platicamos cosas banales, de planes medianos, cortos y hasta importantes. 

Sin embargo nos rechazamos a una verdadera amistad, tal vez confundidos por profesionalismo y juntas que debieron ser un email.

También existe el apego irracional. Un sinsentido al creer y pensar que conoces a alguien, por su arte disfrutar.
