Welcome Back!

As we rested up in the safety of the lower level room, we heard a weird noise coming from the corridor outside. The sound was almost meat like as if a limb were being dragged along the floor.

The threat of zombies was a possibility, so Dexter peered through the door opening to see that it was in fact none other than Frai!! She was limping along the floor all bloodied and battered. Slagathor quickly reached in to the bag of holding and grabbed a potion of greater healing, giving it to Frai, who instantly became rejuvenated. Apparently she had been attacked by thieves and bandits and thrown in to the pyramid. We were all just glad she was ok. After re-aquatinting herself with her items from the bag of holding, a large impact tremor could be heard from the floor above.

The group decided that it might be wise to explore this level of the pyramid fully to ensure there is nothing that could assist with whatever was upstairs making the tremors.

The next room contained some sort of illusionary image of Orcus. It was a sending. Something that can be used to see and hear whatever the image can see and hear. To prove our strength and courage, and that Orcus was not a threat, we decided to moon the image. The image was not pleased...

The next room contained a giant snail, that we believed to be a Flail Snail. After investigating the possibility of collecting its slimey waste, we decided to press on.

A few rooms pass, and then Frai opens a door to reveal 2 Bodoks!! Combat began and Frai was immiediately targeted by their gaze attack. It hit her hard, and she instantly fell to the floor. Slagathor summoned a mighty steed, a Dire Wolf, called Grey Wind, which he climbed aboard and charged to Frais aid, picking her up and carrying her away from danger, where he cast Lay on Hands on her, pulling her back from the door of death.

Targ thought we should try and get them and the Flail Snail to Attack each other, so I cast an illusion of myself to draw them out of the room. It worked and they started making their way towards us.

Then as a flash of inspiration, from the shininess of the snails shell, I conjured up a large mirror that I held in front of me. As the Bodok came towards me, they saw their own reflection in the mirror and cast gaze on themselves!! Frai then cast magic missile on one of them, and my own magic middle finished him off.

Dexter then got us all to get out of the room, as he cast Ice Storm, making the remaining Bodok slip and fall prone. This have Slagathor the chance he needed to ride in with Grey Wind and put a sword through the fiend, and watch as it turned to dust.

Ceritanya gue lagi bosan gitu tadi pas lagi ngerjain tugas Psikodiagnostika I. Ya maklum lah gue bisa saja tahan seharian penuh sambil nonton drama di depan laptop, namun ngga bisa bertahan lebih dari 30 menit di depan layar yang isinya tugas. Gue, juga lo, mahasiswa fleksibel (yang condong ke malas) pasti demikian.

Terus tiba-tiba gue inget gitu sesuatu hal penting nan menarik yang dua hari lalu…
