This one's for the lovely Shirley who requested a 30 minute workout based around skipping... so here you go, enjoy :)
Warm up for 3 minutes by walking quickly up and down stairs.
1) 45 secs skipping 2) 45 secs bodyweight squats 3) 45 secs skipping 4) 45 secs plank 5) 45 secs skipping 6) 45 secs alternating forward lunge, hands behind head 7) 45 secs skipping 8) 45 secs side plank left 9) 45 secs skipping 10) 45 secs side plank right 11) 45 secs skipping 12) 45 secs alternating curtsey lunge, arms raised
Rest for 1 minute, repeat circuit 2-3 times
