trying to fix my sleep schedule from the train wreck that it is, I decided to go to sleep at 1AM and set my alarm to wake up at 9AM. Reasonable expectations right?
Well no not really, I end up waking up at 4:30AM feeling like shit, sore throat, slight fever, and just a feeling of perpetual weakness like if someone punched me I would probably die or just not get back up
This continued for 30 minutes to where I was just like fuck it, I’ll stay up and sleep later and do ya know what happens next
I start to feel better. My body literally became sick because I tired to sleep early. I’ve been sleeping at around 5-6AM everyday for the past two weeks and the one day I’m like okay let me try to fix this and sleep at 1AM, my body is like nope not today...

I need some coffee, but its storming like a bitch outside and I don't have access to my canoe. Guess I’ll have to take the submarine. T_T
