It has taken me awhile to accept the fact the body I had when I was 16 isn't the same anymore. I won't ever fit size 7 jeans again or wear a small t-shirt, again. And that's okay.

I love my body. I love the curves I have. I love the size I am. And people still love me, too. It isn't something for me to be ashamed of or feel I need to hide, anymore. I don't have to lose weight because people think I should. I am beautiful. My size doesn't represent my value. I can still be lovely and cute with curves. I can still be sexy and beautiful with stretch marks or dimpled skin. I can wear what I want and not feel ashamed or compare myself to girls who don't look like me.

It's okay, if I eat.

It's okay, if I wear clothes I feel good in.

It's okay, if I gain weight.

It's okay, if I don't feel like working out today.

It's okay, if I want to wear my bathing suit.

It's okay, if I want to say I love my body.

I love myself. I am beautiful and my body is beautiful.
