I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic and now is not the time, but this is tumblr so I’m practically talking to myself. I started working out in January 2019 as part of the healing process after a car accident injury I had in March 2018. The fitness was purely to build strength, muscle, and cut down chronic pain. Which it did. But it also cut down my chronic bloating, eliminated my constant sleepiness, made me learn all of the incredible things my body can do, helped me find new passions, and meet new friends. Top Photo is April 2020. Bottom is July 2019 (6 months in and I was so proud). I don’t think I have a full body photo from before I started, but onwards!
