1. my blood glucose monitor is here
2. i had a massive cheat day ( a pork burger, fries, nachos, 3 mug of kronenbourg.
story time: bout 10 years ago i went for blood test and my blood glucose is borderline diabetic (6.8 or some shit like that), 8 months ago i went for a medical camp and i had a bit of teh tarik (sweet tea) and sandwich and my blood glucose is 8.3 or some shit like that. so i go on keto/low carb ( cos i suck at accountability) yesterday i had a shit load of carbs (a burger, fries, 3 beers, nachos) and it's 4.7 2 hours later after meal. this morning after shower before eating or drinking was 4.9. so i guess this is a good sign and i should keep low carb/keto on
i got a new BFF colleague. he was nearby and asked for lunch. so, being a good catholic (yeah right) we went for fish & co for lunch. i had grilled seabass with coleslaw instead. so yay me again.
i guess today’s story is being really low carb is probably the best diet i’ve been on.
so today i had Zwow Bodycrush 3X and today i probably feel bloody powerful that i can finished the workout a little before 23mins (12 mins but i suck cos usually i need 2.25 of her usual time) i know i’m going to get better
