This was the worse than the 500 cal row. If no one did the complex after the bike you total missed out on the stimulus and the purpose of it being programmed after the endurance portion. I've made it a habit to read @sherwood215 notes on @beyondthewhiteboard. I hit way less than expected which means I found a weakness time to switch things up.
