Meals 1-3 for day 1-5. Welcome to my peak week. @aceashleythompson has designed a menu as detailed as outlining every meal, oz, tsp, of food, water, sodium, and supplements. The margin for error is small. This menu will complete the 16 week process that has shaped and prepared me for my first show. This menu will define my body and will define my success on stage. A huge thank you to @nick_shappee184 and @aceashleythompson for their patience with me during this process. My anxiety and yearning to learn has definitely tested their mettle. If I can say one thing, I know their just a little better because of it. 😉 this will will challenge me more than anything has before. Water consumption will go from 2 gallons a day to 6oz a day. My meals will be frequent. Working out and pushing myself physically will not stop.
