A true statement to what I actually did today.. 🏨 | Visited my post-transplant clinic for my 6month check up, minus the endless waiting 😇 Safe to say it’s doing really well, next year it will turn 10 🤗 THIS IS ME - it may not be me right now but it was a moment that all it was just going to hospital to stay alive, which not a lot of people talk about. Its hard as a patient for so long 😥 I’ve learnt to appreciate myself to how far I’ve come and how incredibly miraculous my body is. I’m strong, fierce and determined now to be the best person I can possibly be.
