From a well intentioned but troublesome compliment I got on a Facebook fan page pic today. It weighed heavy on my mind and triggered feelings that always come up when I receive these types of comments about my body. I get his a lot and it isn't uncommon for people of all sizes to receive similar unsolicited feedback/criticism. Sharing my response because there is a lesson to remember here for many of us-- whether we're on the giving or receiving end of a comment like this. Remember to love yourselves and each other, kids!
