Saturday Morning Workouts
On Saturday mornings I try to sleep in and wake up at about 6am.... I then enjoy many leisurely hours of watching Law and Order reruns on tv while working on a project or surfing the internet from the position of "under the covers" ..... but these days while my love of body pump motivates me I grudgingly crawl out of the bed at 8am , get ready slowly, eat something light and get in the car....and I hate it the whole time. I'm thinking good effort now go back to bed and dont let those reruns go to waste girl!!! But then I get into the gym and set up my equipment telling myself just go light its Saturday who cares.... you're here....you've done your part to save the world ...... and then that warm up music starts...... and I hit one big shoulder roll and I'm ON! Every muscle gives me a high five and its game on! I love Bodypump!!! I live for my triceps.... I can see the changes in my body and I feel the strength especially when I hit my squats and dont quit after 4..... I love seeing sweat roll down my shoulders to my elbow and splash on the floor! My 6 pack isnt here yet...but it's coming...I know it is!
