Last night was demonstration why our generation should limit their screen time. I was reading book for hours and i didn't notice it was past midnight. Then i closed my book and i convinced myself it's better to sleep now. What happen after that my mind had this new information from the book i was reading it started processing in mind and my mind was buzzing with full innovative ideas, counter arguments and business ideas which could work for etc. Even though I got very interesting business ideas last night i was not able to sleep till 5 o'clock in the morning. Similar things can happen with anyone when you watch too many videos, Netflix or movie at night. Then you try to sleep later on mind go against your wish and it start processing all the things you watched and read after that good luck sleeping on your own. All day i felt dizzy and i have no energy today do anything, i wish to sleep soundly tonight. So I just felt like sharing this with you. Let me know if you experienced situations like this!!
