Highly modified Boeing 757-200, commonly known as the "CATBird" (Cooperative Avionics Test Bed) or "Catfish".
Purpose: It was used by Lockheed Martin as a flying testbed for the avionics, radar, and sensor systems of the F-22 Raptor fighter jet.
Modifications: The aircraft features a replica F-22 nose radome and a unique "sensor wing" mounted on top of the fuselage.
History: This aircraft (registration N757A) was the very first Boeing 757 ever built and was never used for commercial passenger service.
Features: It contains an onboard laboratory where engineers can monitor systems in real-time during test flights.
