:D Rules: tag some followers you want to get to know better I was tagged by @sonnivate Name: Brad Nickname: Ehh probably my favorite currently is Brab just cuz of how dumb it sounds, but I've also been called Baby Brad cuz I'm usually the youngest in any given group, Squid by my one ex (she thinks most creatures generally considered ugly by everyone else are cute. I cringe at this name now)... in elementary school before I moved, we read a book called "Frindle," and my 3rd grade teacher said my smile looked exactly like the smile of the boy on the cover, so the class started calling me that almost exclusively. Honestly I really wish that nickname transferred over to my new school when I moved :/ Star sign: Cancer Height: 5'12, according to my doctors. Sexual orientation: Now that is a good question. I got through 20 years of my life never questioning if I was anything other than straight but recently I've started thinking I'm somewhere on the Graysexual scale, so I dunno? Still kind of coming to terms with/deciding on exact orientation, but I am still very much attracted to the female body. Romantic Orientation: As with above, 20 years of never questioning my romantic orientation, and then a certain special someone came along that really blurred the lines for me. So although I still prefer the female gender, I guess it doesn't super matter? Favorite color: I like really light shades of blue like Robin's Egg Blue or really deep shades of red like Maroon. Time right now: 1:16. I should be asleep but nooooooooooo Connor had to tag me xD Average Hours of Sleep: Average is probably around 7, but is often closer to 5. I'm a slut for Magic: the Gathering, this is a great website for searching for cards >_> Number of blankets I sleep under: fuck man like 3? They're all plush af and warm, because I keep my environment like a refrigerator whenever possible Favorite fictional character: Oh boy, I have a few... Link from the Legend of Zelda series (my favorite game series ever), King Corobo from my single favorite game of all time, Little King's Story, Ike from Fire Emblem, Samus from the Metroid series, Master Chief from Halo, there's a whole bunch of awesome characters in the flavor text of the MtG universe, the Mane 6 from MLP... ugh I could sit here all night writing about these characters Favorite famous people: Hmm... I dunno. I don't really care about pop culture, so like, half of the famous people are just gone already, but I do appreciate the history and influence of people like Albert Einstein, Sigmund Freud, Hitler, Stalin, Abraham Lincoln, etc. I don't necessarily like the people (obviously some people even just on this list were pretty terrible), but the history around them is usually extremely fascinating to me. My dad is a history teacher, I grew up around this stuff. Favorite book: Currently it's A Game of Thrones, but when I was younger I loved the Artemis Fowl books, the Inheritance Series, The Bartimeaus Trilogy, Lord of the Rings... Favorite band/artists: I don't particularly care about music, much less know too many bands... currently my favorite stuff is video game soundtracks, most of which are orchestral stuff. Ever played Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles? Then you've listened to my favorite "band." Dream trip: Away. I don't care where, I just want to go somewhere. I want to go away for a few days with a few close friends, and I want to go somewhere... a hotel with a pool, a few art museums, an aquarium, the countryside for hikes, anywhere, I don't care. I just want to know that I have friends that want to do that stuff with me. Dream Job: Ugh man I've been trying to answer this question for years. I guess ideally I'd be a video game designer because video games are a hugely important part of my life, but that's never gonna happen because I don't know enough about computers and I'm not creative enough. I wrote a paper a little while ago for a psych class about neurodiagnostics, which is literally just running an EEG or a PET scanner or other machines like those and that sounded really nice because I get to help people, so maybe that's something to shoot towards? But really any kind of job that pays well enough and doesn't physically suck my life away is alright by me.
