Can we have more Cruise brands sail out of Auckland, please n' thank you? Because both of these were on the wrong side of the US (for me).

Can I get some more pseudo-ferry action (by that, I mean they go one way, then turn back and go the other way, rinse and repeat; Aussie ports to Auckland and Cali to Florida via Panama both sometimes do them). I really want more options Leaving the West Coast of North America for an Alaskan cruise and finishing in Tokyo, Japan, and ideally doing the same in reverse.

I hope all those responsible for the death of Freddie Gray go to jail for the torture and murder of a man who was no risk to them!

Link to story I’m glad to hear the 6 officers responsible have been charged and I just hope they go to prison for what they did to him. I know it’s unlikely but I also hope this is a turning point for these cases because it breaks my heart to see people mistreated like this. When I turned this blog around I decided it would become focused towards queer activism which is why there has not been much on this subject but I have been following it. My heart goes out to not just the family of Freddie Gray but all the victims of police brutality and white supremacy. I know it means next to nothing coming from me, because as a white girl I’m in a position of privilege but for what it is worth I’m sorry. I’m sorry that people are sick and disgusting enough to think people have value and rights based on pigment in the skin.
