Aww, thanks. And, uh, sorry for being weird and awkward in the tags. And now here, not in the tags. I've kind of set myself up here on Tumblr as the Funny(?), Shippy Guy--and that's not fake or anything, because I love shipping and I love trying to make people laugh, but it does make it feel a bit strange and uncomfortable to talk about Serious, Not-Funny Things. Kinda like I'm stripping off my armor.

Thanks--and y'know, it kinda really is cathartic. For me, anyways, it is. Sometimes, when I'm walking around, being all broody, I pretend I'm a character in a movie and I silently narrate in my head like I'm doing a movie voice-over.

Unless that's really, really weird--in which case, HA HA JUST KIDDING I TOTALLY DON'T DO THAT.

Aww, heck. Thanks, you two. :) I gave into my desire for delicious, delicious comments--nobody comments on my dA uploads--so here 'tis.

Not perfect, though. Kyro pointed out a bunch of great stuff to me, about the beginning being too long/too slow and the nature of the monster being a bit too confused. Not enough that I think it torpedoes the story, but yeah, if I wasn't so wiped out from writing this--nearly 5k words in a bit over a week is a lot more intense than my usual writing schedule--I'd probably go back and do one more round of revisions. Oh, well.
