Credit: I was thinking about this post again and decided I wanted to try write a scene of the delivery! That and I always love family content.

Thinking about The Dresden Files: Specifically Bonea.

First of all: she deserved better in Battleground. The whole time, Harry is loke: I have to stop Ethniu to save my daughter.

Which daughter Harry? You have two. But he was only thinking of Maggy because she's his flesh and blood daughter while Bonea is just a spirit of intellect.

Second: I don't think Bonea is a spirit of intellect. Think about it. She is the daughter of Harry Dresden and Lasciel. Lasciel is a fallen angel. Which I think classifies Bonea as a Nephilim.

A Nephilim, as I understand it which I could be wrong, is the offspring of a human and an angel. And I think fallen angel still counts.

I hope I'm right and I want to see more of Bonea. I want to see her come into power. The best thing would be for her destroy one of the Coins. Either Marcone or Nicodemus.

A being of angelic power, but with the free will to take whatever action she chooses.

In my head, Bonnie's eyes are purple like Lasciel's.

Which one of her parents she means by "Mom" here is up for interpretation. Her grasp on human gender roles is a little shaky still.

I wonder how differently some things may have gone if Dresden knew he was pregnant earlier. 

The largest potential factor being I don’t think he would have made the decision to arrange his own death in Changes after all, if he believed he’d be bringing his youngest down with him - perhaps he may have tried to see if she could have been delivered earlier, to still go ahead with his intended death otherwise.

Although that also raises the question in such a scenario of who he would have given custody of that daughter to...Maggie he wanted to disappear somewhere he didn’t know about, it’s not so “simple” to arrange this when the second child is a spirit of intellect.
