Most certainly! And the best protagonists are able to blend a clear distinct personality and presence with the ability for a reader/viewer to project themselves or identify with them. Lucas and the other writers did get that right with Luke Skywalker as a character archetype. And for Hamill to acknowledge that helps enforce the point.

Err, it's not a recent thing, I remember doing this a few times back in 2011... I think you can set your account to not show your likes, but I don't know how to do that, I just know on occasion it returned that the blog turned off the ability for other people to see what they previously liked.

anyway hi endark. you feeling better today?

Health-wise, I’m glad to say that I’m feeling quite well compared to last week!

…Unfortunately, I’m missing class again today. I was able to attend yesterday, and I have plans to attend tomorrow.  But the weather reports are calling for storms and freezing rain tonight, and it would be a safety hazard to have to commute through that (particularly since my evening class today ends around 9 PM, and it’s an hour’s drive home).  At least I’ve already notified the right teachers and have received the day’s lectures in PowerPoint format, so while I may not be getting the full experience, I am not letting a spot of bad luck deprive me of my education!

Also, it’s Remembrance Day.  I’ve never actually lost anyone I’ve loved to war, but I still try my best to honour the occasion every year.  And I’m not sure whether to be relieved or offended that Tumblr hasn’t done another of their silly icon changes and turned the period into a poppy flower.

Ugh. Today was full of ugh. But I'm back home and resting, now! How are you, Endark?

Your fraternity hazing continues, I assume? Dear, I do know you have the perseverance to endure it, but perhaps this is a battle you’re not meant to be fighting.  If you have more to lose (self-respect, respect for others, happiness) than you have to gain (connections, study partners, and job opportunities), then maybe you shouldn’t keep fighting. But if you choose to stick with it regardless, I will support your decision.

As for myself, I think I ate something recently that’s disagreeing with me, and it’s been snowing recently (which is nice tonight, but heavy snow won’t be so good when it comes to travelling to University and back).  Plus, the Doctor Who Season Finale is tonight (on Canadian channels), and while I’m hoping for the best, it’s always hard for something big to match the hype it generates.  But I’m safe, I’m warm, I’m comfortable, and I have good friends to talk to.  So I’m still happy.

100% yes. There is at least 2 people I know will attack me on sight when they get out of prison.

That being said, most of the inmates I deal with are cool with me, and I'm cool with them. They want to do their time and leave. I want to do my job, and go home. But, if only 1 in 100 inmates holds a violent grudge, and I deal with hundreds of inmates every few months...

So here I thought the biggest news I would have today was the progress I made on the animation for Tabitha!

But it looks like even bigger news than that (for those of you following my animation projects) is the possibility that I might have the distinctive voice of ask-pegasus-lola's mod in some future videos!

Oy, Endark! What url and title are we going for with the hipster pony blog?

Honestly, I’m good with anything. I’ve been using “The Indie Music Ponies” as a tag, since I called the original “script” (really, when I wrote it, I was focusing purely on humour instead of it actually becoming a thing) My Little Hipsters: The Indie Music Ponies.  However, “indie-music-ponies” might give people the wrong message, and make them think the blog focuses on just that one small aspect of the hipster culture.  Plus, as with A-M and his recent idea about Death Metal Bonbon (which is another wonderful idea, I think), I’m not actually talented when it comes to creating music and would hate to disappoint people coming to listen to some.

I suppose an accurate URL could be something like “my-little-hipsters”; maybe “ask-the-hipster-ponies” if there will be a greater focus on the characters than on what the “story” is. And I guess that’s an advantage of having the second post I made about a possible plot be extremely brief; the readers won’t have to be forced to ask certain things to reach the next plot point, and as long as the overall setting remains manageable, it could really turn out to be a unique and entertaining experience.

By the way, are you talking to sei-replies as well? Because at the very least, Sei certainly deserves some credit for inspiring this whole concept.
