Para una sana y nutritiva merienda vespertina, pensando en mi bienestar físico, aparte del consabido té, en plena jornada laboral, de un martes cualquiera, y que, por cierto, muchos prefieren referirse a esta breve pausa con la espantosa expresión "hacer un break", (pronúnciese [brek]), y con ello pretender auparse con un halo de modernidad usando indebidamente ciertos anglicismos, es mejor disfrutar de: a) avellanas, que contienen vitamina E y fitonutrientes con propiedades antioxidantes, siendo además fuente de minerales como calcio, fósforo, magnesio y manganeso; o, b) almendras, que por su alto contenido de calcio, fósforo y magnesio, nos ayudan a fortalecer dientes, huesos y músculos, y nos ayudan a combatir la ansiedad e irritabilidad y favorecen un buen descanso, evitando el insomnio.
