Good morning from the UK 🇬🇧 everyone and happy #stacksaturday 🙌🏻 Bit of an early post from me today as I’m off to London again this weekend to see Moulin Rouge at the theatre with bestie @stevieredman 😍 Today I’m jumping on the #eightbookseightcountries tag which I saw on the lovely @abrewandabook_ page. One of my favourite things about reading is the countries and cultures I get to experience and I could definitely do this tag all over again with completely different countries. From the top: The Diving Pool - Yoko Ogawa (Japan) The Gustav Sonata - Rose Tremain (Switzerland) My Year Of Rest and Relaxation - Ottessa Moshfegh - (America) The Magician - Colm Toibin - (Germany) The Cat’s Table - Michael Ondaatje - (Sri Lanka) Do Not Say We Have Nothing - Madeleine Thien - (China) The Lives Of Others - Neel Mukherjee - (India) An Orchestra Of Minorities - Chigozie Obioma - (Nigeria) I’d love to know your thoughts on any of these books or authors. Let’s have a chat in the comments and have a lovely weekend everyone! 🤗😘 #bookstagram #bookstack #booksonmyshelf #thedivingpool #yokoogawa #thegustavsonata #rosetremain #myyearofrestandrelaxation #ottessamoshfegh #themagician #colmtoíbín #thecatstable #michaelondaatje #donotsaywehavenothing #madeleinethien #thelivesofothers #neelmukherjee #anorchestraofminorities #chigozieobioma #booksandplants #booksineedtoread https://www.instagram.com/p/CdQBqqygbyi/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Hello everyone! Hope your week is going okay so far? Today I’m joining in with the #sixbookslegschallenge which I was tagged in by the lovely @always_need_more_books and @nicki_mags I’ve got two of my favourite books in this post, The Silence Of The Girls which I read this year and is one of my favourite books of the year and The First Fifteen Lives Of Harry August which I read years ago and is definitely due a re-read! The rest of the books are on my TBR but I’m eyeing up City Of Girls to read (kind of 😂) soon. Have you read any of these books? I’d love to know! Let’s have a chat in the comments. #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #booksonmyshelf #bookstagramchallenge #sixbookschallenge #themanwhobrokeintoauschwitz #denisavey #robbroomby #thefirstfifteenlivesofharryaugust #clairenorth #cityofgirls #elizabethgilbert #thesilenceofthegirls #patbarker #theexiles #christinabakerkline #olive #emmagannon #favouritebooks #favouriteauthor #booksineedtoread https://www.instagram.com/p/CWpu8lZA5Ii/?utm_medium=tumblr

this is a blog filled with lists of triggering material in books. please feel free to message me...
