Thinking about Boomer right now being like Smallville Clark and he's SO SUBMISSIVE AND WEAK FOR ELOISE AND WOULD LET HER DRAG HIS BIG ASS AROUND. Like, she's all: "BOOMIE, C'MON, WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW TO CATCH!" and Boomer frowns but she grabs his arm and he just lets her pull him away. Or she shoves him away because he nearly broke something and he just lets her shove him. Like, he just has this smitten look on his face and everything as he lets her push, tug, and pull him around with EASE.

Also, him just being super jealous over Eloise at times too. Eloise is on the phone with a male interviewee, like a guy whose been flirting with her, so Boomer just smiles and grabs the phone from her and is all: "Hello, whose this?" and Eloise tries to grab it from him but Boomer just keeping it out of her reach and he's all: "Sorry, mate, she needs to wrap this up! She's on a date with her boyfriend." and then he hangs up before he bends down and kisses the side of Eloise's cheek.

Eloise: "BOOMER, what were you-" but then Boomer hits her with the sad baby blue eyes and he's all: "Oh...Did you want to work on our date?" and Eloise blinks and feels bad but then she frowns and she's all: "Oh, you are DEFINETLY a Mercer." and Boomer smirks a little and he's all: "Is it so wrong I just want my girlfriend to myself?" and Eloise just rolls her eyes and is all: "No, I guess not~" and he laughs and just picks her up to fly her around.

Or like, Eloise being on lockdown by the ENTIRE superfamily. Including Boomer and Eloise just trying to fool them and she can fool Conner, Jon, Kara, but Boomer being the final boss she has to face. Like, Conner is all: "Eloise wanted me to give this package to New Justice!" but Boomer frowns and opens it up and he's all: "Hi, luv!~" and Eloise is all: "HOW!? I had anti x-ray gear!" and Boomer shrugs and he picks her up. She can definetly try to seduce him but he lays on top of her and cuddles her softly and gently but also uses his super strength to keep her DOWN.

Okay but Boomer can actually be very intentionally flirty when he wants to be and if he feels comfortable enough. Like, yeah, he might be really awkward compared to his brothers but he's still a Mercer. These guys just have a certain charm about them. He never really flirts with girls but once he and Eloise become official, he actually starts getting really flirty with her. Just softly admiring her while she's reading through her notes about an interview and she giggles and she's all: "What?"

and Boomer grins: "Nuthin. It's just hard being in the same room with ya sometimes. I really can't get anything done." and she blushes and she's all: "Boomer, c'mon-" and he just tilts his head a little and gives her the most boyish and sly smile: "Aw, did I get ya nervous?~" and Eloise's eyes widen as she stares at him but there is still a huge ass smile on her face.

Or like, when they're at a press conference or something, Boomer kind of acting as a shield so she doesn't get hurt by the crowd but at some point, he just picks her up bridal style and he's all: "Hold on, darl', lemme try and find a good spot." and she just blinks dumbfoundedly but she isn't complaining as she relaxes in his arms.

BUT ALSO, WITH BOOMER, HE DOESN'T REALLY USE HIS WORDS TO FLIRT LIKE HIS BROTHERS. HE USES HIS ACTIONS AND BODY LANGUAGE. Like Eloise will be talking to him and he just leans against the wall and crosses his arms and tilt his head against the wall as he smirks at her and she senses a change in his demeanor and starts to trip over her words which makes him chuckle. Or like, he just absent mindedly is staring at Eloise as people are talking to him, his arms folded behind his head and when she looks over her shoulder, he winks at her and gives her a signature Mercer smirk and she realizes that it is OVER for her. Or like, they make eye contact during an investigation and he just nods his head for her to follow him AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN THINK TWICE AS SHE FOLLOWS HIM HOT ON HIS HEELS.

He will also be randomly lewd and dirty minded with her. Like, they're talking to each other and all of a sudden, he lowers himself to her ear and starts to whisper horny shit he's feeling into her ear and Eloise's face turning red with embarrassment (and arousal) before he sweetly kisses her on the cheek and he's all: "Yeah, anyways, I might just take a nap now. See ya around, luv~" and she immediately stands up to follow him.

Or they're at a Cafe together and she's all: "Mmm~ I love these new cream filled donuts, they're so good." and he's all: "Eh, cream and donuts is fine. I prefer it inside other things though."

Eloise: "Oh, like what?"

and he just looks her up and down and THAT DAMN SMIRK gets wider and Eloise just laughing nervously and crossing her legs trying to ignore how fucking wet she got-

LIKE PEOPLE DO INFANTALIZE BOOMER A LOT AND LIKE, HE ISN'T ALWAYS SAYING UNHINGED HORNY SHIT LIKE HIS BROTHERS, and he isn't really good at flirting with girls he doesn't know like his brothers. SO ELOISE JUST GETS TO SEE THIS WHOLE NEW SIDE BECAUSE HE ONLY GETS LIKE THAT WHEN SHE'S AROUND.

Boomer has x-ray vision but because he isn't as much a degenerate as his brothers (I love them but I would not trust Ash or Kyler with x-ray vision), he doesn't use it on girls like how guys probably would but it does accidentally happen. LIKE, he's using his x-ray vision to peak through various cereal boxes because he wants to get a certain prize but Eloise jumps in his line of vision and she's all: "OMIGOSH, YOU'RE NOT GONNA BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND-" and Boomer SQUEALS and covers his eyes and Eloise is all: "What happened??" and Boomer is all: "...I was using my x-ray vision before you got in my face, Ellie." and Eloise just looks at him and pieces together what he meant and since she knows him better than that, she blushes and she's all: "O-OH, SORRY. I JUST, I GOT REALLY EXCITED." and Boomer is all: "S'fine, I'll just give you a warning next time!" and he just gulps because the thought of her boobs is haunting him so he bangs his head against the wall and is all: "NO! BAD BOOMER." and Clark is all: "...You okay??"

BUT ALSO, ELOISE JUST GIGGLING AT THE IDEA THAT BOOMER WAS SO FLUSTERED BY HER and he gets so adorably flustered around her from then on. But like, now that they're together, Eloise just being all: "Boomie, use your x-ray vision, I have a surprise for you!~" and Boomer just smiling a little but then his jaw drops when he sees what she's wearing underneathe her clothes and Eloise just giggling as Boomer just can't stop staring at her but then he gives her that charming Mercer smirk before he walks over to her and wraps his giant arms around her to lift her up and she giggles as she kisses him.

21. Any routines one has that the other had to get used to (ex. morning, nighttime, sleeping habits)?

For Manjo and Boom-El? I feel like Kojo would have extensive skincare routines and Mannys just waiting in bed for him forever-

For Manjo:

- HELL YEAH HE HAS AN EXTENSIVE SKIN CARE ROUTINE. Also, if he puts his bonnet on before bed, THAT MEANS HE INTENDS TO GO TO SLEEP. NO SEX, NO NOTHING. THE BONNET EQUALS NO BONING.

- He is, however, super active at night so sometimes he'll randomly wake up and just has the cat urge to knock shit over. He won't break it but, like, Manny just yelling from the bed room: "KOJOOOO, WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT???" and he's all: "IT DIDN'T BREAK."

- Manny is going to have to get used to cuddling. Kojo absolutely adores cuddling in his sleep (don't ever tell him that to his face, he won't admit it). BUT THE BIGGEST CHANGE FOR MANNY WOULD BE HIS FUCKING JAGUARS IN THE BED. He has four them and while I can imagine she LOVES cuddling with them now, sleeping with four jaguars who will sometimes nibble you in their sleep was a huge adjustment.

For Boom-El:

- Eloise feels like an early riser to me but Boomer 100% sleeps in and is always late to things. So Eloise let's him sleep and he just sleepily stays in bed and watches her get ready. HOWEVER, if its a work thing for the Daily Planet, her trying to wake him up and being all: "If you don't get up, you don't get kisses for the entire day~" and Boomer JUMPS out of bed.

- Her entire schedule is perfectly organized and it does kind of change how Boomer works but in a good way. He likes joining her on early morning jogs, he has a lot more time to not forget things, and overall has some order and structure to his life now. Which he surprisingly likes!

- On Eloise's part, I can imagine she's accustomed to staying up late now that Boomer is a hero and she doesn't like to fall asleep when he isn't back. So he flies in and he feels so bad but she's all: "Nah, its fine, I got to work on that one story so you're good-" but either way, Boomer will still make efforts to be home at a reasonable time so Eloise can go to sleep.

I think one of Boomer and Eloise's main conflict as romantic partners would be that Eloise does get into a lot of trouble because she's a LANE but also, lowkey she's Boomer's karma for making his brothers constantly clean up his messes. Its not entirely his fault but again, he is used to being enabled and while he actively doesn't want to do that anymore, HIM STILL HAVING TO GET USED TO HER PUTTING HERSELF IN DANGER. LIKE, he's talking to Kyler and Ashton and he's all: "I mean, how can someone be so reckless!?" and they just side eye each other and they're all: "Yeah, really concerning when someone acts like they don't value their life, isn't it?"

AND LIKE, HE KNOWS ELOISE ISN'T COMPLETELY DEFENSELESS BUT HE STILL WORRIES BECAUSE SHE'S NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE and she is smart but smarts can only get her so far.

So like, he's all: "Eloise, I understand you're in the middle of a big story but please...I'm getting scared...I know I can't stop you, and I don't try to! I like seeing your stories and I like seeing you succeed but not if it's at the cost of your own safety. Please, just...promise me you'll be careful? Please?" and Eloise just looks at him and smiles softly and she's all: "...I will. I'm sorry." and he smiles and picks her up and hugs her in his arms and doesn't set her down for a while BECAUSE HE LOVES HER OKAY.
