I know I probably might be looking too much into it (since I'm such a thirsty Mitsuki stan) but I found it interesting that the camera hovered over Mitsuki instead of Suigetsu when he was talking about how it would he trouble if other people found about Jugo's curse mark. From a narrative and visual perspective it would have made more sense to hover over the whole group of Suigetsu or even over Boruto, since he seems really devoted to helping Jugo. Foreshadowing?
Since this arc is all about cure marks, hopefully the writers didn't forget that this was a thing:
To draw the connection, its very possible for Mitsuki' s curse mark to get revealed to these curse mark scientists. They might be even more interested in him once revealed seeing as how this curse mark seems is the one thing that makes Mitsuki truly 'alive' (different in a sense than Sekiei and the others) and that it also seems to be a suicide bomb if anyone finds out about Mitsuki's true nature (though the validity of that is still unknown). Very little is known about Mitsuki's heart curse mark and Orochimaru's gradual participation in the recent plot could have Mitsuki's curse mark coming into play.
Of course they could just gloss over it and it was just a choice shot to make the scene play out nicely. I'm just looking at things to pick at. Mitsuki just had a whole plot that he was barely in dedicated to him, they might just want to put him aside even though he does have fairly strong ties to the content in this plot (curse marks, his Hidden Sound buddies coming in, an apparent Orochimaru mission), and give screen time to developing Sarada/Karin relationship, Boruto/Suigetsu/Jugo relationship, Sumire, Namida, and Wasabi it looks like (which is not bad, but...)
So everyone but Mitsuki and Konohamaru essentially. (•̀へ •́. )
