Kuro was asleep for all of Boruto's pregnancy,since Boruto's energy was diverted to the growing baby,and when he woke up,first thing he saw was a small,chubby human. He was confused at first,but seeing Asahi's smile was all he needed to love him.

And Boruto,being a new "mother",is a bit too cautious because he knows how strong Kuro can be.

Being experimented on for nearly 4 years did a number to Boruto's mind and he fell into a depression,but Kagura would help him the best he could when visiting the Leaf,helped Boruto out of his depression,and was deemed Asahi's godfather/uncle and this support helped start their relationship.

So I was thinking about bringing back the Mitsuboru Omegaverse where Boruto is in a abusive relationship and Mitsuki helps save him from it,that's where Asahi came from. Also,Shizuma's abuse doesn't go to that level. I feel kinda bad for neglecting it cause,despite the angsty topic,there was gonna be a lot of Mitsuboru comfort fluff.

Boruto's been through his first heat,has been marked,and is nearly 4 months along with Asahi,so Shizuma's gotten really possessive,slicing his eye for wanting to tell someone about the pregnancy and making him break ties with his friends. The relationship that concerns Shizuma the most is Boruto's with Mitsuki. That's the one Shizuma wants to see absolutely destroyed.
