I’m just….UGH NEJI WOULD’VE BEEN THE IDEAL FATHER AND BORUTO WOULD’VE LOOKED UP TO NEJI AS A FATHER FIGURE WHILE NARUTO WAS BUSY…KISHI COPPED OUT WITH THIS ONE….there I said it with my whole chest.

As you can see, Meiten can be a bit stabby-hotheaded-pants like her mother sometimes… Their kids may mostly look like Neji but their personalities are definitely Tenten. They have their work cut out for them for sure!

Just some quick sketches of the kids. I’m missing ChouChou and Inojin but they would’ve made up the squad.

From the very moment Shiina was born, there was a special bond between her and Shinki—quiet, yet unmistakable.

While even Raziela or Gaara couldn’t always soothe her, his presence alone often brought her peace. When he held her, her crying softened, her tiny body relaxed, as if deep down she sensed that everything was safe when he was near.

She seemed to recognize him instinctively—among all the voices and hands, she always reached for him. Her eyes followed him around the room, her little fingers grasped for him, and sometimes just having him close was enough to calm her completely.

At first, it overwhelmed Shinki. He wasn’t someone who was naturally comfortable around babies, or familiar with softness and gentle touches.

But Shiina gave him no choice. She clung to him, nestled against his chest as if only he could make her world feel right again. And with every touch, every quiet moment where she calmed down in his arms, something inside him began to melt—something he had kept locked away for a long time.

Shiina became his soft spot—this small, innocent life that made him smile even on the hardest days, even when he wanted to withdraw.

Her closeness wasn’t a burden; it made him feel lighter. And though Shinki rarely spoke about emotions, everyone in the house knew: if Shiina reached for him, he would drop everything.

Not because he had to—but because he wanted to. And even if he’d never say it out loud, it was written clearly in his eyes: for Shiina, he would do anything. Always.
