Not sure about this one/ just thinking aloud: A veteran bosun is overseing the loading of the cargo in the hold, giving hand signals to the men in the hold - and perhaps to the guy operating the crane.

Apparently my own brain pulled a prank on me because I named this character a week ago and I only realised the full extent of the pun just now.
I try to give a bit of variation to the body types of my own characters, though given the types of character I like to draw, I often find the most character-appropriate options are some variant on “athletic”. So for Anne here I specifically chose a character who could tend towards “weightlifter” more than “track athlete”.
