“Catharsis” 2021
Gorgeous, sensual shapes. #Repost @micheleoberdieck with @get_repost ・・・ Icehouse exhibition in Holland Park, on until July 14th, 10-6pm. Blown glass vessels, and works on paper. My work always starts with a drawing on paper often using coloured inks and dyes inspired by natural imagery. My glass vessels evolve from this starting point. In this exhibition I’ve curated it in a way that each 2d piece is enhanced by a 3D glass form, and vice-versa. It’s not often I can exhibit both together. #blownglass #contemporaryglass #interiorobjects #inkdrawings #botanicalimagery #icehousehollandpark #hollandpark #biomorphicforms https://www.instagram.com/p/BzqA-rmnztb/?igshid=1hsq9g9zcj900
