Beginnings

Sometimes, when things are unplanned, that's the time when things go the way you want them to be. That's how this tumblr blog happened.

My original idea was to revive the blog I started a few months ago, Lifekisser.blogspot.com, which I unintentionally abandoned and left to world wide web obscurity because of my crazy hectic schedule last year.  It was supposed to be a lifestyle blog complete with product reviews, FOTDs (face of the day), OOTDs (outfit of the day) and event writeups.  Needless to say, it didn't happen.

I'm planning to try again...through this blog. In Tumblr. But I won't be starting a new blog. I'm reviving an old one, my first ever.

BOTAT (Bits of this and that...yes, the ellipses must be included) is not new. It's the title of the first blog I ever made back in college, the one that lasted for around 2 years I think. As I perused its pages a while back, I remembered the times when I still wrote immaturely (note: boyfriend rants, crush gushes, and some maudlin mush of things I write about how I love my boyfriend)! Oh those were the days. You can't view that blog anymore, it's now on private. (^_^) 

That blog was the only time I wrote religiously and wholeheartedly. I've created so many others, around four already if I remember correctly, including Lifekisser, and all of them became attempts that never made through stage 1.5. I realized that maybe if I go back to my old blog, my first ever blog title, I can find it within me to really blog again. But of course, I won't actually be reviving that one. It's too embarassing for words! So basically I'm reviving the title in a different portal and under a more "mature" writer. I am definitely sure though that I won't be writing boyfriend rants, crush gushes, and maudlin mush here.

With that, here's to new and not so new beginnings...
