Felt like over sharing today. So. I have some respiratory issues and I actually need surgery to take care of it. I won’t get it because do I look like I’ve got that kind of money? Anyways, many doctors told my family and me to stop exposing me to cigarette smoke. Only an aunt tried to quit smoking, but my mom was like “sucks to be you” and then continued to smoke.

Well recently, my mom’s respiratory issues went from bad to worse and she went to the doctor multiple times. Apart from the big scare that it could have been something like epoch, turns out my mother is allergic to cigarette smoke and obviously, she’s working to quit it now.

We were recently talking about it at lunch and I kinda sighed and said “it’s so great that it’s you who is allergic, if it was me, you wouldn’t have even tried to quit smoking”
