Businesses as engines of the economy

Enterprises are the engines of the economy. They inventmost of the inventions and they generate workplaces. There are 3 essentialfactors to start a company: a business opportunity, resources and the right people.

We live in a world of entrepreneurs. But why do we found enterprises? Is it because we can? Or we should? Maybe we do it because we can’t make a living.  Some entrepreneurs start small and remain small. Others dream big. The majority start their business from scratch but there are people who purchase an operating company because they are certain they can run it better.  According to Mr. Vecsenyi enterprises are the ways out of the financial crisis. You only need a good business idea start a company because the resources can be easily acquired. Ventures contrive most of the inventions, they change people’s lives. Thanks to mobile phones ways of communication has changed a lot in the past few years. Also because of the invention of the internet communication and business life has improved a lot. Entrepreneurs don’t look for jobs they create jobs.

New ventures are set in motion by three main forces: Business opportunity, Resources and the Entrepreneur.

Business opportunity

Every company needs a viable business opportunity which can be a product or a service. Products/services have to satisfy the needs of the customers and there should be renewable ability to purchase. It should be competitively sold and the company should be able to produce the product or provide the service. Additionally the entrepreneur should be devoted to the business.

Resources

You might think the only resource you need for starting a business is money. You couldn’t be more wrong. You also need professionalism and social capital. Entrepreneurs tend to be professional but social capital is not that common for them and they have to realize that money won’t be sufficient to start a successful business. A natural entrepreneur can take advantage of a good business opportunity even with lack of money, they simply use the resources of others (family, friends, and credit).

The entrepreneur

One of the most important factors of a successful business is the entrepreneur and its team. Entrepreneurs identify business opportunities they can create value from nothing. They also implement their ideas of services and products. The keys of a successful entrepreneur are preparation, ambition and persistence.

The environment

The environment for a company is given. Entrepreneurs have to adapt to the characteristics of the environment. The environment is always obscure. Environmental factors are the social-cultural elements, meaning how the society judges entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs were looked down on in the post-socialist regions. The economic environment involves all the ventures and industries and the effects of the government as well. Political atmosphere is also really important because enterprises need stable, calculable environment to operate. Constant changes of taxation and regulations can scare off companies. Technological environment is a big challenge because the business idea can be outdated pretty fast if the technology by the customers or the producers’ changes. Last but not least we have to pay attention to our natural environment so we can leave a livable world to our descendants.

10 tips that help you concentrate on your business idea

Daydream - Just close your eyes and imagine how it will feel like being an entrepreneur. 

Ask your family - Your parents know you better than yourself. Ask them what they think about your idea. 

Change your schedule - You won't have time to socialize very much. Use the time to plan your business. 

Ask your boss - If your boss appreciates your skills and supports you on your way to entrepreneurship, your old company could become your first customer.

Switch off your phone - Try to switch off your phone as often as you can so you can use that time to plan your business.

Redecorate your house - It shows that you started  a new life and you can plan your business meanwhile.

Take a bath - Instead taking a quick shower take a relaxing bath. 

Take some days off - you will need time to work on your business idea.

Take the dog for a walk - Fresh air in the morning helps you concentrate and you will know if you can get up early even on Sundays. You have to be really committed to become an entrepreneur. 

Go on holiday with SO - Your SO can relax and will have a brighter opinion on your idea. You can meanwhile plan your business of course.
