Experience the indulgence of Melt-In-Your-Mouth Bourbon-Honey Glazed Ribs. Slow-cooked to perfection, these baby back ribs are bathed in a luscious bourbon and honey glaze, resulting in a tender, flavorful, and utterly satisfying dish.
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1 cup bourbon. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Before you start, heat your oven to 275F 135C. The thin membrane on the back of the ribs should be taken off to make them more tender. If you want to, you can add cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the ribs. Mix the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl with a whisk. Spread the ribs out in a big baking dish and cover them with the bourbon-honey mix. Make sure the ribs are well covered. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover it with foil. Bake for 3 to 3.5 hours, or until the ribs are soft and cooked all the way through. For the best flavor, baste the ribs with the glaze every 30 minutes while they're baking. Take off the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking to let the ribs caramelize. After the ribs are done cooking, put them on a serving platter, sprinkle them with fresh parsley, and let them rest for a few minutes. If you want to serve these Melt-In-Your-Mouth Bourbon-Honey Glazed Ribs, cut them between the bones and serve them. These glazed ribs taste great because the bourbon and honey are just the right amount of sweet and sour.
