I had plans to post this segment yesterday, had everything ready and prepared- to then notice I had left my phone at a studio & couldn't get it till this morning. Just goes to show that yes we all have plans, but sometimes you have to just go with the flow and allow things to follow their own discourse. You miss a workout, it's fine!
