Sit-ups. I have received requests on good exercises to do for boxing conditioning. One of the main ones is sit-ups. You want to go down slowly on the negative portion of the sit-up and EXPLODE upwards. This activates the fast twitch fibres in your abdominal muscles. Ideally I would recommend just using your bodyweight however if you have "mastered" this then move into decline sit-ups as well as perhaps adding a weight into it.
