As requested here's the video of how to do dips. An excellent way to develop the muscles that the pull-up doesn't. Your chest, shoulders, triceps, and again it targets your core which is essential. If you can't do this or don't have access to this equipment, do a superset of push-ups and then tricep dips off of a bench. I'll be releasing a boxing workout for fitness for you all soon.
