Boxycharm November 2015 Unboxing and Review.

Boxycharm time! I’ve given myself a couple days to try all of these products out and here is my unboxing and review!

First thing in my Boxycharm is the Pur-lisse Blue Lotus 4-in-1 Quadra Benefit Eye Serum. Not going to lie, I’m not at all into eye serums. I don’t have the patience to see if they actually do anything, and most of the time I forget to use them anyways. This one is no exception. I’ll probably use it for like, three more nights and then start to forget. I think this would hold true for any night time product though so it’s not Pur-lisse’s fault.

Next thing in the box is the Coolway Leave-In Treatment. I’ve gotten a Coolway product before, a sea salt spray I think, and I did like it, however these leave in treatments never seem to work for my hair type, they just make them look greasy. I got away with using this on just the very ends of my hair, but it didn't really do anything super fantastic. Smoothed it out a bit I suppose but this solves an issue that I don’t really have so I’m going to pass this along.

Then I pulled out the StudioMakeup Soft Blend Blush. I am really really excited about this because i’ve been needing a good blush basically ever since I started these subscription boxes in the spring, and two because I love this color and it’s perfect. The swatch looks a little bit light, but on your cheeks it’s the perfect fall flushed color. I’ll probably be using this every day now.

Next is the Manna Kada Lip Locked in “All of me”. I think this is like, a lip gloss and a stain in one? I really don’t like this. Reason number one is the color; if it was a different color there would be a far better chance of me dealing with issue number 2, which is the sticky and thick lipgloss feel. I will give this product points for smelling amazing but that’s pretty much it. I will be passing this along as well.

Last thing is a Luxie Concealer Brush. I keep lucking out and getting makeup brushes that I don’t already have! I’ll try using this for concealer but it might end up as an eyeshadow brush. We’ll see.

Overall I was actually pretty disappointed with this box. It’s the first box that I haven't been happy with. I do really love the blush and I like the brush but that is all. Hopefully December is going to be really awesome, I feel like everyone is going to step it up because it’s Christmas time. I’m willing to allow them a bum month because all of the other ones have been so amazing.
