boy appreciation
so I am in fact a raging bisexual BUT
boys.
They don't get enough appreciation because everybody's like ew they're the worst and they're disgusting but that makes me sad so imma boutta fix it right now. So without further ado:
Nerdy boys whose eyes light up when they get to explain something to you and who you know are loyal because wdym he just spent an hour 3d printing a smol tree
sporty boys with fluffy hair and big muscles but deep down they're sweethearts who just love their girl
boys who play card games and board games and video games who love to teach you about them and play them with you
boys who will be your personal instagram photographer and try their hardest to capture your best angles and the way you look to them because they think you're so beautiful and they want to share that with the world
when boys tease you but nicely and they get all flustered and apologize when you act upset
when boys are gentlemen and they hold doors open and pay for you and drive you places and compliment you all the time
when boys let you mess around with their hair and they mess around with yours but not so much that it'll mess up your hairstyle
well anyways that's all i have to say thank you for coming to my ted talk
You know who i really like? Boys. Boys are so great, and smell amazing and are really fun to watch movies with. I love holding hands with my bro and going on nature walks. It makes me feel manly and also brings me joy. Gosh boys are the best!
Things I like about men because I'm still bisexual and men deserve some lovin' too:
Your voices. Y'all can either sound all deep and gravely, or y'all can sound kinda soft and cute. So versatile!
The way you guys smile being complimented. It's sad it happens so rarely for y'all, but when you guys get compliments and do that cute shy smile??? FUCK, it's adorable and makes.my heart FLUTTER.
Sometimes, I think it's adorable when you get all hungry and shove your face with food but still try to be polite about it. Especially boys who play sports--you guys look so happy and goofy and cute eating!
You wearing watches or braclets. The way you can put on those simple wrist accessories and look all smart or cute checking your watches, or mwssing with your bracelets.
When you guys get super passionate talking about video games and/or sports--and actually take the time to explain or simplify it. Sometimes, you guys can be rude about it. But those times when you're super passionate about something and really wanna share it? I am all ears for you.
The way you guys hug. It's different from hugging a girl. You guys are like...still soft and warm, but like, differently? It's like....a different kind of fuzzy feeling and I LOVE IT.
The way you pick up litter and shoot a 3-pointer, showing off your rad b-ball skills AND caring for the enviornment.
The way you guys drive. Like, girls will really go on errands with you just to sit there and watch you drive.
When you get all sweaty during gym and wipe your face with your shirt, or when you take off your hoodie and your shirt rides up and we get a peak at the goods. Abs? Nice. Tummy? Nice. Chubby tummy? Nice.
The way you smell--when you actually have proper hygiene--is honestly super hot too.
The best thing about you? You come in all shapes and sizes, all kinds of personalities, all kinds of likes and dislikes. You're more complex than women think sometimes!
Anyway since tomorrow is Valentine’s Day,, don’t forget to spoil your boyfriends too!!! I’ve seen a lot of people talking about what they expect their boyfriends to do for them tomorrow but they deserve just as much!!! They deserve flowers and chocolates and expensive gifts too!! Think about they way they’d blush and smile and get all flustered!! Think about how happy they’d be!!! Be good to them!! They deserve it!!!!
This also isn't a poem but I just think it's so cute how boys look when they have really soft hoodies on, with the hood pulled up and their hair just falling out onto their foreheads and just looking so soft and messed up. As if they just rolled out of bed and their eyes are all warm and gentle and they look so peaceful and huggable. And their lips looking soft and kissable. So many men are scary and rough and horrible, but when guys are soft and vulnerable and warm, it makes me feel warm too.
