to the blog in replies asking about what it feels like to be a deadboy- i id as one, and to me it feels like the boy part of me used to be there but have since died. its still there like a ghost but like.. dead? when strawb made this term, though, there were a lot of different experiences kitty was trying to encompass. it’s purposefully broad/vague! some of those include:

my experience ofc feeling like the boy part of you gender has died and lingers as a ghost but is still dead

a gender that was a boy, but has now died and moved onto another gender or no gender at all

a gender that is both masc and related to death / being dead / etc

etc etc! its really whatever you want it to be. anyone who feels like their gender is deadboy can id as it yk?
