[        Tinder dates were probably Eric's favorite pass time. Watching them that is. He'd seen enough of 'em to know to stay far away from the app. Sure, some seemed to go well, but more often than not the person was back within a few days with a different date. There had even been a few times where they had come back hours later to meet up with someone new.         There was never any judgement. At least until he saw someone be stood up like the person sitting at the end of the bar. People's fear of speaking their mind baffled him really. How hard could it be to tell someone that you weren't interested? Though looking at the man he felt worse for the idiot that stood them up.        "Here you go." He said as he slid one of the better beers he had on tap in front of him. "It's on me."       ]

     SOULFUL SAXOPHONE REFRAIN wafts through empty bar, equal parts cool lighting and relaxation. The outside clamor of a city in motion is nearly inaudible over the blues playing on the soundsystem. a man stood behind the counter, polishing a glass idly. He’d spent enough time here to familiarize himself with the quiet by now. Laith looked up when a new face entered, shifting his weight between feet. “Come on in,” he said, gesturing to the row of empty bar stools. The song ended, switching tracks to one much more upbeat. “God, you’re just in time; Miles Davis is on. The man is a legend.” He couldn’t help the grin that crosses his face or the head-bobbing he does when the trumpets kicked in — he never could.

Erebus saw the man walking around rather aimlessly and only decided to approach him when he felt the creature's power. It was old magic, not nearly as old as Erebus's but it was ancient enough to pique the God's interest. He smiled at the boy, handing him one of the snacks in the bag he'd been carrying around. "Couldn't help but notice you were alone.. someone as pretty as you should not be wandering the streets at night alone." Erebus flashed the boy the charming smile he usually gave to people when he wanted something from them, the same one the God used to seduce strangers at bars.

‘Door was unlocked.’ Chris said kinda casually. He lived across from Daniel. ‘My Dad’s having some party with his asshole friends so I thought I’d crash with you? His mates get all pervy when they’re drunk.’

I run out of my class trying to get to my next one in time, which of course is all the way across campus. Going back to school was harder than I thought it was going to be. I push through a door and turn the corner, bumping into someone and dropping all my things. “Oh, I’m so sorry. I’m late for class...” I start as I look over at the door. A notice hangs from the professor. “...that is now cancelled. Sorry again.” I say, and look at him for the first time, realizing that he is gorgeous, and then realize that I’m staring. I laugh a little at the awkwardness and then go to pick up my things.

Combat boots clicked with ease against the pavement of the bar that was rhymed with the presence of beautiful humans and the reserveful music of jazz lingering into the air and forcing the spirits to get slightly ease and happy with the music.  Blue eyes cascaded lightly around the place, a high sniff of the air around him had the Hybrid force the veins underneath his eyes appear for a split second as the aroma of the blood aroused him.   Raven hair were fonded back his eyes looking once more the crowd before eventually figuring out the next target. How long has it been since he was in New Orleans?  The last time, he remembered that he had to pretend that he died into an explosion and determined for one more time to survive and leave behind one of the Originals that he had started to fall for despite the casual need of his to survive from his murdering father tendencies. His steps were ease and mute and delicate as he walked with no fear at the figure that he had seen.  Of course, standing before him after all this time and with out clue that he was alive, would might be a shock to the Original Vampire but Eric was known for the surprises that he would bring to the people he knew. Fingers tapping against the stool, a rhythm of the jazz followed by his fingers before he had moved gracefully beside the male.

' '      My, my Elijah.   I remember you more alive.  What has happened?                                       Brother almost daggered you or maybe perhaps something else is going on?  ' '

It was not the greatest salutation that he could invent at the moment but that was classy Eric Landos.

Tale of Two Packs||Closed Starter

Hunter huffed as he shuffled his paws on the cold wet grass. It was his night to patrol the perimeter along with Sebastian and Blaine. He laughed to himself, the sound coming out of his snout like a huff. He couldn’t believe how much his life sounded like that stupid Twilight story. He wasn’t protecting his pack from Vampires. Vampires don’t exsist. He along with his packmates where patroling their territory  to see if rival packs were moving into their land. Wolf Packs live in peace until their land is trespassed on without written approval. He smiled as he pushed himself forward on his four legs, his sandy brown fur dancing in the wind as he did so. He seemed to be running patrol alone since Sebastian and Blaine would constantly stop to lick and nip at eachother. They were recently mated and in that phase. He didn’t care, he hoped to one day find his own mate. he left the boys behind as they made there way into some bushes to do god knows what. About five minutes after leaving them behind he caught a scent. It was definitly a wolf.. a wolf that didn’t belong to his pack. He ignored his inner alpha that danced with excitement at the scent. The scent that smelled like HIS. It all went ignored. Hunter was to busy to let his insticts take over. There was an intrudor in his land. Pushing forward he growled as he jumped and launched himself at the wolf who seemed to be distracted.
