This is my receipt for donating my books to my local library. I've been trying to stop buying books because I haven't been able to find resources to recycle books. The book I donated was not in the library (reason why I bought it) and I thought i'd rather make sure someone else didn't have to go through the same terrible situation. Sarcasm aside, public libraries know how to circulate books. I'd rather donate mine than ditching them. It's a three minutes solution to try to make the world a better place.

If you happen to be in the Bozeman area this week, Central Asia Institute would like to formally invite you to join us at the Bozeman Public Library this Thursday.

As part of a series with One Book - One Bozeman, CAI is partnering with the library to host a family fun evening featuring our #GlobalChalkCampaign, Pennies for Peace program, an opportunity to learn more about girls' education in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Tajikistan.

Come join us at the library from 4 - 7pm this Thursday. And bring your kids! We hope to see you there.
