Lord my face hurts

They added my last brackets in today, and because of where they attached my brackets, when I close my mouth, my bottom jaw bites onto the brackets and tries to knock them off. kill me

I put in my retainer after like 2 months of forgetting to wear it, and...

Ow.

It still pretty much fits but it;s a bit tight, and the parts where the back teeth are don't stay tight and retainer pops out of place there so I basically have to bite down all the time to keep it in place.

The good news is, upon waking up in the morning, the retainer fits tightly as it should.

The bad news is it hurts like hell to take it out in the morning. I woke up at 9am this morning from the pain and just had to take my retainer out, and i had to pop it out from my teeth half at a time, and it hurt SO BADLY i can't even explain and then my teeth were sore for a couple hours afterwards.

This reminds me how glad I am to no longer have braces, because after an adjustment the pain would be just like this, except sometimes worse, and usually prolonged over the period of a week so I would have to be on constant pain killers and could only eat soft things like soup and applesauce. But once we were having hamburgers for dinner and I wanted them so badly that I bit and chewed through the pain and it was worth it.

Like that time at the beginning of the year when I has strep throat but there was a pizza party and I could barely swallow my saliva, but the pizza was so good I ate 2 pieces and dessert and just accepted and embraced but deathly horrible scraping feeling.

Before I got my braces I had to have 4 teeth extracted and it was like kind of a surgery I guess, the only one in my life, and they put me to sleep and everything and i could make a whole post about this event, but when I got home I couldn't really eat much solid food, so my mom just opened up a can of tuna and handed it to me with a fork, and I still find this extremely funny and don't know why..

If I don't get my braces off on Friday (or at least find out the EXACT date I'm getting them off) I might just have to kill someone.

I'm tired of going in every time, asking, and them saying; "Oh, well...it depends on this or that...it could be off next time you're here, or the time after that, we really don't know..."

REALLY?

Every other person at least gets an estimate or something. 

WHAT KIND OF ESTIMATE IS THAT?

I don't mean to be all pissed but my braces were supposed to come off back in May ffs.

i just don't understand.

i wear my rubberbands religiously and my front teeth are starting to have a gap in between them again.

the tooth that they're trying to move has an even bigger gap now and is starting to twist the wrong way.

what am i doing wrong?

just rip out all of my teeth and give me new, perfect ones. i hate the ones that i have anyway.

i'm so fucking done. 

i've been frustrated for 45 months. that's almost 1400 days.

i just have this feeling that when he told me that i'd have them off before summer was a lie. there's 2 months until graduation. and nothing is looking up.

i just want to feel pretty. i want a perfect smile.
